I placed a large order (pizza and several other items). An entire HOUR passed and they hadn’t even STARTED preparing my order. When I called to ask what was going on, it was a complete disaster. They kept transferring me from one person to another — I had to talk to THREE different people, and not a single one could give a clear answer or take responsibility. Just excuses, confusion, and zero accountability. What kind of service is this? It feels like no one knows what they’re doing, and customers’ time means absolutely nothing to them. This place is unprofessional, disorganized, and careless. If you value your time, your money, and your nerves — DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE. ⚠️ Strongly recommend avoiding this place. Worst ordering experience I’ve had in a long time. ⚠️

I waited for my order for an hour. They prioritized others orders beside mine and they just kept saying 10 more min for an hour

Look, it’s simple you place the order, wait 30 minutes and pick up. Not here, you’ll place the order, wait 30 mins, and they tell you wait 15-20 more. This has happened 3/3 times I have visited in a span of two weeks. So if you care about your money I really don’t see why you would place an order that you’ll MAYBE pick up.

Definitely a busy spot but the employees do a good job handling tons of orders. Small shop with no seating but who doesn't order or carryout these days anyway?

I ordered from here quite a bit and the pizza is always good but tonight it was undercooked and not good at all. I ordered a large 3 topping pizza.
