Order Delivery, no problem with timeframe, or actual pizza however our dessert was burnt to a crisp, called to speak to a manager and was left on hold for 18 mins. Spent 45.00 and tipped the driver 10.00.

I don’t live to far from this location so I always order. Well today I called to place my remake order and the manager (Diamond) was absolutely rude. This location is never organized. They have attitudes all the time. The food is never on time and it’s always thrown together in the box. This location needs to be shut down. Until they can truly get staff in there that will do the job correctly. This location will never receive my money again. Diamond needs to be fired immediately.

Extremely Disappointing - Pizza Never Delivered, No Refund I had a terrible experience with this location and won’t be ordering again. After waiting over an hour for my delivery, my pizza never arrived. I live in an apartment complex and was waiting in the downstairs lobby the entire time so I wouldn’t miss the driver. When I called to check on my order, they claimed it had been delivered - which was completely false. I explained that I had been watching the entrance and never saw a Domino’s vehicle pull up at all. Then they changed their story and said the driver had knocked on my apartment door. This made no sense since I wasn’t even in my apartment - I was downstairs at the lobby specifically to meet the driver. There’s no way they attempted delivery. The lying and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I paid for food that never came and was given contradictory excuses instead of a solution. To make matters worse, it’s been about two weeks and I still haven’t received a refund for the order I never got. This is poor customer service on every level. Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere.

This place is a bee hive of delivery drivers. Awesome service from anyone I've interacted with be it the manager, front desk clerk or delivery drivers. Always on time and always super busy. Food is pretty good also. I miss my bread bowls though ='(.

This evening I had went to this particular location and submitted an order for 2 pizzas one of them was pineapple and ham on one side and the other just pineapple. The other pizza was supposed to have half pepperoni and half cheese. The person who took my order read my order back to me, but yet when I get my pizzas they are all incorrect. They didn’t put pineapple on the pizza at all, they didn’t put cheese on the half that was supposed to have just cheese, and both pizzas were dry. I went back up to get my order fixed and the person there made two more pizzas for me but still manage to get the order wrong. How is that possible? How do you stand in front of me, have me repeat my order to you and you still manage to make the new pizzas wrong? After he made the new pizzas that were wrong, he refused to correct it and kicked me out the store. Will not and do not recommend coming to this place for pizza. Intelligence needs to evaluated and apparently supervision does too.
