order was made wrong. Called & was on hold for 40 minutes. Finally got through to someone and they said "oh sounds like we got your order wrong" then hung up on me. Called again they hung up on me. Manager said he would refund my order, told me he'd be there the next day. Then says that he can't refund because it's the next day. I made it clear I did not want another pizza. Horrible service.

They definitely take their time at this location. Delivery order was expected 15-20 minutes when I placed the order. Now all of a sudden it's an hour.

Marlo (sorry if I slept it wrong), cares about the customer and gives his all in producing an amazing pizza. He is very approachable and provides amazing customer service!

We have only had the pizza but so far so good. We get the thin crust, so I can only comment on that. However, we have not had a bad experience. The pizza has always been spot on and been done very quickly. I have had the pizza delivered but usually do carryout, and always has been done within 15-20 minutes. The crust is flaky, fresh, very thin and spot on. Delicious! The service has also been great and so far no issues there. Yes, it can be a bit quiet at the location but I can image that it gets incredibly busy being on a military base, and that there is no time for small talk. Probably the reason why the food gets done so quickly. We love it. Keep it up.

I ordered online because I was in a rush. When it showed ready on my app, I started driving there. I arrived and they told me that it wasnt even started because they didnt know if I was an on base or off base customer. I had to wait 5 minutes before they told me that they were out of the cheese for my order, so I picked a different cheese and continued to wait.
