I recently ordered a stuffed crust Parmesan pizza from Domino’s with pepperoni, chicken, and jalapeños, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The pizza didn’t come with any marinara sauce, which really affected the overall flavor. The texture was extremely mushy, and all you could taste was cheese—it completely overpowered the toppings. The chicken was also hard on the outside, like it had been overcooked or wasn’t fresh. To make things worse, I called the store to address the issue and the response I got wasn’t helpful. The employee told me they “measure the marinara and cheese” and that the chicken is “timed in the oven,” which didn’t really resolve anything or acknowledge the poor quality of the food we received. This is actually our usual order and we’ve never had this issue before, but we recently moved and this is the closest Domino’s to us now. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we’ll be making the drive to our old location from now on.

I went to get my pizza last night, and the box was open on the oven rack. I was told the box wasn't closing properly, so be careful. My thought is, why not put it in another box? The pizza was not good at all—hardly any cheese and overcooked. I ordered a pizza a few nights before, and it was great. I'm posting both pizzas so you can see the difference.

PIZZA WAS GREAT, SERVICE WAS AWESOME! Ordered my pizza online and it was ready SUPER FAST!! The girl greeted me with a friendly smile and asked if I was there to pick up or place an order. I just gave her my name and she had my order ready for me. She sent me on my way wishing me a great day! Much appreciated, will be back!! :)

Leaving a bad review because this young white lady with blonde hair and freckles that works at this location mistreated an elderly man so bad I was repulsed. I understand being slammed I’ve worked in many restaurants but I have NEVER treated someone like that before. Do better, customer service is everything.

Kuddos to this Dominos. Walked in and was greeted right away, good service and clean place. Not from the area but will definitely order from them again. Loved the way my thin crust jalapeños and pepperoni pizza was made. Not dry and over baked.
