This is THE WORST Dominos I have ever come across! The quality of the food is beneath poor. Delivery is horrible. Management is horrible. I had 2 separate horrible experiences. The first one I ordered over $90 worth of pizzas for my employees. When I got them the boxes had sweated and were smashed so all the toppings stuck to it. Then when you bit into them the dough was not fully cooked. I called to report it and was told I could not get a refund, had to send pictures(which I did) or bring the pizzas in and only 3 of the 9 pizzas could be replaced. Not to mention of the 9 one was missing in the original delivery to begin with and was included in the 3 replacements. THEN my second time ordering again for my employees I get the pizzas and one is missing the 3 toppings I was charged for. I also asked for the 3 replacements from the last mishap and those were not delivered AGAIN! I called again and spoke with a Janell who said she was the GM and would send out the 3 missing along with the 1 that was missing the toppings. The call was made at 1pm. I got an alert saying my pizzas were delivered went to check with my front desk and nothing was there! I called and they didn’t know what happened or where the driver Rudy was. I was told wait again. It was then 4:30pm and no one or the pizzas ever showed up. I called and was offered only a partial refund which is BS seeing how much I had already dealt with TWICE. That all took place on 5/14/23 and 5/21/23. The refund was supposed to show up in 3-4 business days from 5/21 and as of today 5/31/23 no refund has shown up. I followed up on it with Janell on 5/26/23 and still nothing. Horrible, horrible, service!

I went in on a Saturday to personally place a large order to be delivered on Easter Sunday, they delivered right on time. Friendly workers, the place was very clean and the pizza was delicious. I recommend Domino's Pizza. Thanks to all the workers who made it happen.

Every time we place an order for delivery. They send it to the wrong address. Sometimes they say it was already delivered. Other times. They say that nobody answered the door and that’s why they did not leave the pizza. There has always been somebody home every time you called to complain that you’re just hanging up on you. Horrible customer service.

Ordered pickup! And when I walked in I was greeted by everyone! Even the pizza guy came up to me and shook my hand! A+ service here! Its not.about the area.. its about the service and.product! Good Job

The manager on duty today is not about Great Customer Service. When someone Orders a Pizza Online for Pick Up and it has NOT been paid for yet they should be able to ADD on a Soda etc for the ADVERTISED PRICE on the Counter NOT Full Price as you SIMPLY ADD IT TO THE ORDER BEFORE they PAY FOR IT The OWNER of the Company and ALL Managers Should KNOW that If NOT people do NOT have to purchase at this location which in turn plummets your PROFIT BUSINESS LAWS & BUSINESS ETHICS ARE IMPORTANT TO A STRIVING BUSINESS PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE SETS THE BUSINESS APART FROM THE OTHERS Dominoes is a CHAIN which means it's INDIVIDUALLY OWNED
