This location is amazing! 7638 McCart Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76133. My daughter has a dairy allergy and they make the pizza without cheese for her. Other locations will make it without cheese but they usually mess up on first time and have to remake it. Today, I called to make a change to my order and they were able to accommodate me without any issues. Thank you so much! The service has changed so much from my previous negative review a few years ago. These employees deserve a raise!

They toggle the orders off the screen to make their times look better to corporate. Showed up because it said our order was ready and it wasn’t even in the oven. And they didn’t even cut it. Just got into the stuffed jalopeno and pepperoni cheesy bread and there were neither of those things in it. It’s a super easy job, so better.

Very frustrated with this Domino’s location. Ordered an online order for a carryout. Pizza was supposed to be ready by 6:15 P.m. I got there five minutes earlier looked at the screen, said order was ready. So I approached the counter. I kindly ask for my order and they responded, It’s not ready five more minutes. I patiently waited 6:45 PM. Still nothing I approach the counter again and asked for my food. Their answer was we have a lot of pizzas that are waiting to get put in the oven. I understand that, but my pizza was supposed to be done a long time ago. Until they finally saw me getting angry is when they finally did something about it. I heard in the background oh I don’t know his pizza went I remember seeing it. That’s when I realize they probably handed it out to somebody else and had me waiting there for no reason. I understand pizzas have to be made fast but slow down and take your time and do things right. Can’t see myself coming here again.

This is the 5th location I've ordered from that has forgotten the icing cups for the lava cakes. I even called and got confirmation that the icing was with the order before it left the store. I was told that the icing was in fact with the order. Upon delivery however, it was not. Driver offered too retrieve them. I said it would be appreciated. It's been 30 min and the store is only 7 min drive away. So, now I am about to head to the flipping store myself. Because the cakes simply aren't the same without the icing. In my pj's. Not happy at ALL! Ordered lava cakes again tonight. Added to delivery instructions to please not forget the icing. Upon delivery, not only was it left behind. But, the driver called me to inform me that icing does not come with the cakes automatically. Which is a bold faced lie. True that only 1 cup comes with the order. Any more will cost. But, I didn't get ANY!!!!!!!!!!!

This location should seriously be reviewed by management. I placed an order around 11:00 PM and watched the order tracker for over an hour on Quailty Check. By midnight, I drove to the store to check on my order. When I arrived, the night staff member (Short, heavy set, cockeyed white male) who came to the door was extremely rude and unprofessional. He slammed the door in my face, processed a refund without explaining anything, and returned with the receipt. When I tried to ask a question about my order, he yelled “I don’t know” and slammed the door in my face again. I will be escalating this matter further. After reading multiple other reviews, it’s clear this is a very common issue at this location, which is unacceptable and should not be happening. Customers should not be treated this way under any circumstances. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I will not be returning.
