CD a month agoPizzas are never ready at projected times. Store is regularly being run by a single person so the poor service is a business decision. Papa John's used to be my favorite of the major pizza chains but this company has fallen off. Maximum profits, cheaper ingredients, Papa John's!
Brenda T 5 months agoHow does a pizza fresh from the oven come out burnt AND soggy?! I don’t know if y’all changed crust or something, but this was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I do not recommend going here. It’s just not good anymore.
Alice Pyne-Jahneke a month agoI usually order from Barrows but thought I would try PapaJohns. The Chicken wings were terrible. They were really small and over cooked with soft nasty skin drowning in sauce. The pizza was only $7.99 for a one topping medium pizza but you had to buy two to get that price. Unfortunately they both taste like a $7.00 medium pizza. Both pizzas had to much sauce and it taste like sauce from a jar. I'll be ordering from Barrows from now on.
Raven Dixon a month agoWouldn’t even give them one star if I could. I ordered online and asked for it to be handed to me, to call if there were any issues. They left my order outside on the ground on the sidewalk and forgot my drink that I paid for and of course they won’t respond to me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with them either. Do not recommend, they will rip you off!
Anna Howell 8 months agoPapa John’s is my favorite pizza and always will be! Tonight I had a great pizza. Delivery was fast and efficient and they included 3 extra sauces I’ve never had for free and it was great. 10000/10
