I enjoyed the atmosphere and everything inside and out of the store was so clean. The welcome from the lady at the counter who took my order was very pleasant and I enjoyed watching Preston knead and shape the dough. It’s a beautiful thing to be able to watch each step of everything being formed in the making even though I ordered the delicious hot wings that I crave so much. Thanks for the new experience in this new area I am exploring. I wish I knew this dominoes was in this area sooner 🤤 then again I do have to watch my weight. I love it. Great price for great food

My husband and I had to move to the area a couple of years ago with our three kids. I know that’s a strange way to start a pizza company review but we have no family here and only a couple of friends. So if I’m having a tough day, I have zero help (my husband is working most of the time). I probably rely on ordering pizza more than I should but they always do amazing. Our food is always fresh and well made and it’s rare for the deliveries to take as long as the estimated time. Today was the first time we’ve ever received the wrong order. Normally I wouldn’t even bother to call but today is my step son’s birthday and it’s been extremely chaotic. I tried fixing the order myself (there was spinach added) but it was just falling apart. All 3 of them have ASD so food is one of those “pick my battle” things. There was zero way they would even touch spinach. I called to explain and request a replacement and without hesitation, they got us taken care of. They threw in a cookie brownie as well which made all of my babies so happy. The driver mentioned that the manager said I’m a regular and to make sure the order was delivered ASAP. Definitely gave me a truly valued customer experience!

I ordered a pizza from Domino’s Pizza located at 2201 N Tarrant Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76177. We had already eaten most of it when we realized it contained pork. We are Muslims and eating pork is strictly forbidden(haram) for us. I am a regular customer and I always order vegetable pizza only — you can check my entire order history and see that it has always been vegetarian. Whether this happened intentionally or by mistake, it is a very serious and unacceptable error. Right now I am feeling very unwell and I may even need to go to the hospital. Before that, I wanted to inform you so that such mistakes are prevented and never happen again. For your reference, I am including my order time and order number.

Ordered wings and a chicken pizza for delivery. When it arrived, the pizza had maybe a couple of tiny pieces of chicken on it. Calling it a “chicken pizza” felt optimistic at best. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this place, and both times were ridiculous. Same issue, same disappointment. Fool me once, fine. Fool me twice, that’s on me. Won’t be ordering again unless they figure out that toppings are supposed to actually be on the pizza.
