I wish I could give 0 STARS. I ordered 2 large 1 topping pizzas. The app said it would be ready in 10 minutes, when I got there my pizzas weren't done. It took OVER AN HOUR to get 2 1 topping pizzas. I also ordered parmesan bites and they were COLD and they just added oil right before giving it to me so it was basically just oily dough. My mushroom pizza COLD and it had been sitting there since I got there so for over an hour. I basically waited for cold pizza. I hope whatever is going on gets fixed because how hard is it to do the job. I wasn't even offered a discount or anything for my inconvenience. Definitely not going to this location ever again. I hope whoever is reading doesn't either

I ordered a pizza a couple days ago and they called to let me know that they won’t be able to deliver it because of heavy traffic due to the lights in zilker park, i explained that where i live is right on the boarder and you can get here the road is closed off after where i live so that there is no issue, the manager checked and he saw that it was fine and sent the pizza. However today i ordered and the same thing happened but the difference is that this time the other manager on the phone would not listen and interrupted me and didn’t want to hear until he hung up on me. This is horrible service.

Spotless lobby and kitchen area. I don’t always go inside for pickup but I did this time since it was a large order and was blown away but how clean it was! Also the pizza was made correctly and on time. What more do you want from a $9 pizza?

We ordered out pizza and it said it was delivered at 9:45 but I waited for like 30 minutes because this had happened before at this location where the app said it was here but it was still on its way. Then I called them twice and didn’t get a reply either time so I just spent like 80 dollars on pizza for my whole family and didn’t get anything.

ordered through the app and it said delivered but i did not in fact get anything delivered. called and they said they took it to the wrong place and they’re making it again. took 2 hours and they forgot my diet coke -_-
