I cant even rate the food because I didn’t get ANY OF IT! Ordered a pizza from this place at 8:11pm. I live 3 minutes away. Nearly 2 hours later still no pizza. I called them around 9:00pm to ask about it and we were told the driver got lost but it was on its way. Called again around 9:45, but the place responded and left me on hold for 8 minutes, so I just hung up. Called again after this; 9:58pm, and asked for a refund or a compensation AND my pizzas! He said no and that they cancelled the order right after I asked for our pizzas finally. Turns out they gave our order to our neighbor and by the time we found it was covered in ants. Lousy workers and whoever we called was disrespectful as heck. I’m starving now and pissed off at the lazy, trash work from these people. DOMINOS YOU SUCK

Girl working the front @4:56 was so sweet and nice! I had issues with this dominos in the past but it seems they have gotten so much better with customer service and pickups.

I came to this store at 12:07 PM to pick up a pizza that I ordered online. When I placed my order, I wanted a Coca-Cola 20oz, but since it wasn’t available on the website, I chose Sprite instead. When I arrived to pick up my order (receipt #116), I noticed Coca-Cola was actually available in the refrigerator. I politely asked the employee if I could switch the Sprite for a Coca-Cola. She responded rudely and told me that I had ordered Sprite. I explained the situation, but the older lady with glasses continued speaking disrespectfully. Someone with that attitude should not be working directly with customers, because she doesn’t show basic respect or proper communication.

This was by far the WORST delivery experience I have ever had with this Domino’s location. My order was over 30 minutes late, showed up cold, AND wasn’t even the correct pizza. which is already unacceptable. Then it gets worse. While I’m on the phone with the manager at store #6607 trying to get a refund for this mess, I’m being met with straight-up disrespect. Meanwhile, the delivery driver claims he called me twice and that my phone went to voicemail—completely false. Even if that were true, I would STILL have missed call notifications. I got nothing. No call, no attempt, nothing. Instead, this man sat in a Walmart parking lot for almost 45 minutes doing who knows what, while my food got cold. Then when I call back to request a refund, the manager tells me flat out that I’m NOT getting one, no email confirmation, nothing—while being rude and dismissive the entire time. On top of that, she hangs up on me mid-conversation. I had to call back AGAIN just to try to get basic help and ask her to have the driver contact me. Let’s be very clear: I had to go pick up my OWN “delivery” order. This entire situation is beyond unacceptable. I expect to hear from someone about this by Monday because the level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability here is insane.

Only two employees, behind on orders (seen on the tv). My order said should be ready 17-20 mins. It has been 25 minutes, the pizza per employee says should be in the oven. Phone was non stop ringing I know is busy but I personally feel it is Friday, manager should have more employees to assist on making them specially during rush hour that is lunch.
