Delivery took over an hour after being on the road, tried calling this location 10 times with no answer, and then to top it off the pizza showed up like this.

We were in town for our annual Thanksgiving hiking trip, and my wife and I really just wanted to stay in our room and order pizza. This fifth the bill quite nice. Our pizzas were made exactly the way we ordered them and were delivered in the timeframe that was promised.

I am a delivery "driver" by trade in ATX. I deal with the +/- of the job as a matter of routine. I despise Doordash. Sorry but its the honest truth. I do however occasionally enjoy the convenience of food delivery. Domino's is THE ONLY food I order for delivery. They have in house drivers who are always (98% of the time) prompt, well groomed, courteous and professional. If delivery to your domicile is like a Mission Impossible gig and you think 🤔 I will just put 2 paragraphs of delivery instructions but only a $2 tip because I KNOW they are going to screw it up, they ALWAYS screw it up. Maybe try just meeting your driver in the parking lot or the lobby? Or perhaps incentive 🤑 will help? But what if I leave a big tip and they still screw it up? Well 4 bucks on $50 worth of 🍕 is not going to raise any eyebrows behind the counter. The vast majority of drivers in this city are chasing volume. You want your order to shine so that folks be fighting to run out the door with your food as fast as they can. Of course that doesn't always work, if the boss says " I got 4 going downtown for you, well someone is going to be waiting a while. That's just the nature of the business. 🙈🙉🙊 I still ❤️ you all regardless. I prefer to focus on logistics and leave politics out of the hustle. 😈🛴🫘💨💯✌🏻

I don't know what's the problem with this store, but they fail to deliver my order on time too often. Sometimes, I have to wait for 20 minutes more. Other times, delivery takes up to an hour and a half (I live 10 minutes away). It is as if they are always severely understaffed. But then, why promise to deliver something within 20-30 minutes and make me wait for an hour? They do apologize for this and give me coupons for free pizza from time to time, but it doesn't compensate for all the nerves. I guess I'll just stop ordering from this store unless I can pick up the order myself.

This location is absolutely terrible. They constantly deliver my food to the wrong address and completely ignore delivery instructions. My instructions clearly say hand the order to me, yet that never happens. This time, the app marked my order as delivered even though I never received it. When I called the store, I was told the app “probably glitched” and that the driver was only five minutes away. An hour later, my food still had not arrived. When I called again, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The delivery driver insisted they handed off the order (they did not), and the store refused to remake or redeliver my food. This is easily the worst Domino’s location I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the frustration and order literally anywhere else, or better yet, don’t order Domino’s at all.
