Went in and meet the nicest Mgr.Sarah she was the sweetest . The atmosphere was so pleasant. The young adults was in position doing thor thing ! . My pizza was very good. The wings was very good. I will be back Sarah you are a jewel ty for taken my order and being so kind you made my day 😇

Happy 2026, since today is January 1, 2026 at 12:36 am! This pizza store typically closes at 12am on Wednesday, but manager Doug still made my pizza anyways. Doug has a very friendly attitude and energizes the other employees by going the extra mile. I hope Domino's appreciates Doug's leadership.

Absolutely the worst experience with this restaurant. My pizza arrived to the hotel incorrectly. There's commercials stating "we'll make things right if it's not", etc. , so I decided to call and report the incorrectly made pizza. The representative told be she would issue a refund. Then a manager got on the phone. He said "she's not the manager, I am!", in the rudest way ever, and refused to do what his representative said she would do just moments earlier. I asked for his name and he refused to provide it. In case the owner of this location cares to find out what manager it was, this order was placed on June 4, 2026 at 6:30pm and the call was placed at 7:45 pm. Just more proof that dominos is a complete waste of money. Needless to say I'll never order from them again in my life. Plenty of better pizza restaurants. Do yourself a huge favor and order at a different place!

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Domino’s (Store #6907). I ordered two pizzas—something I’ve ordered MANY times before—and when I got home, one of them was completely burnt and hard as a rock. It was not edible. I called the store immediately and was left on hold for 20 minutes. No one ever came back to the line. I had to hang up and call again. When I finally spoke to the “manager” (Johnnie), things got even worse. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the issue, he completely dismissed me and blamed me for the burnt pizza, saying it was because I didn’t order extra cheese and extra sauce. That makes absolutely no sense, and I’ve NEVER had this issue ordering the same pizza at other locations. He then argued with me, told me this was the “first time” I ordered it (which isn’t even relevant), and refused to take any accountability. When I asked to escalate the issue or file a complaint, he said there was “nowhere to complain because it’s a franchise”—which is completely unprofessional and misleading. The only solution he offered was to remake the pizza “their way” (adding things I didn’t even ask for). When I asked for corporate’s number, he was clearly reluctant, told me nothing would change even if I called back another day, and then hung up on me. So not only did I receive burnt, inedible food—I was treated with zero respect and no attempt to make it right. This location seriously needs better management. If this is how customers are treated, I will not be returning.
