I dont order pizza much, here recently I've order from this domino's, one of which was during an ice Strom. The pizza was sooo good. I ordered again tonight and wow all of it the pizza, the little bread buds, the brownies. All was hot and oh so good! When I saw the negative reviews I needed to say something. I order online and always comes perfect. Delivery was quick both times! Mike came duing the snow storm. We were so grateful. The sweet young lady tonight got here quicklyA Thank you!

Wife birthday breakfast. We really enjoyed breakfast. We decided to come for dinner on Sunday. Thank to the chef and the server for making my wife birthday breakfast wonderful.

I stopped by this Domino’s recently and had such a great experience that I felt the need to leave a review. Lay, the manager, is absolutely amazing. You can tell right away that she truly cares about her job and the people she serves. We did have a small issue with our pizza, but Lay fixed it immediately without any hesitation. She was calm, kind, and genuinely wanted to make things right. The way she handled it turned the situation into an even better experience. I literally drive past two other Domino’s locations just to come to the SW Green Oaks location because of the service we receive here. It’s that good. I’ve also been to another Domino’s off Cooper in Arlington where Lay previously managed, and it was clear how strong of a leader she is. I saw her motivating her employees and creating a positive environment—her team was excited to work, and that really stood out to me as a customer. She genuinely care about what she does and that is hard to find now days in the food industry! Lay is so professional and consistently delivers outstanding customer service. She is truly a charm!

READ ALL REVIEWS FOR THIS LOCATION PAY ATTENTION WHEN ORDERING ONLINE AND SCREEN SHOT YOUR ORDER. I went on line and ordered 2 pizzas (the $6.99, 2 topping special) for $2.00 more you can upgrade to the pan crust and with the pan pizza being my favorite go to I always upgrade. My total came in just under $18.00 and with tax just under $20. In the check out section they had a free offer on line of slice sauce with a pan pizza and I checked that box and accepted that offer (one each for each pan pizza that I ordered) I scrolled down and now the price was over $22.00 BE CAREFUL AND LOOK OVER YOUR ORDER... I then went back and declined the "free slice sauce" I arrived to pickup my dinner and saw that one pizza was pan and the other was hand tossed 😒. The young man at the counter offered to remake the one however the other would be cold by the time it was finished and I had family, friends waiting, I declined and walked out. I then realized that I had paid $2.00 more for the pan over the hand tossed and went back in requesting a refund of the $2.00. This was more of a principal decision. I spoke with one person then I had to explain it again to another person however they went and got yet another person. The young lady still did not understand So I broke it down to the special $6.99 each for two 2 topping pizzas adding $2.00 each for pan. I went on to explain that I received one pan and one hand tossed but was charged $2.00 twice for pan. I again requested the refund of $2.00 and she declined saying I ordered one pan and one hand tossed... So, I again I told her that I ordered two pan pizzas and the system charged me for two pan pizzas and that it was an on line order system error. If I ordered hand tossed, why did the system charge me for a pan 😐? No words...also I explained the offer of free slice sauce and there was a charge at the end of the receipt? So FREE WASN'T FREE Still no words from her and then I found out she was the manager 😲. SERIOUSLY Do the math, I ordered two pans. Was charged for two pans but got one and a hand tossed. So she was arguing over $2.00 "TWO DOLLARS" I returned the hand tossed and requested my money back as I was done trying to explain something to a person who didn't get it. Really? Two dollars Yes again, it was the principal of the matter. I then told her "Big Mistake" she was going to get a REVIEW regarding this SO. THIS IS MY TWO DOLLAR REVIEW AND I'M QUITE SURE THIS REVIEW WILL SEND A FEW CUSTOMERS ELSEWHERE... May I suggest Prespas at Sublet and 287 If your looking for Real NY Style Pizza Yes, I spent some time In New York and know pizza. I did go to a place up the street tonight and settled for ok pizza. Im going to miss Domino's pan pizza.

My only regret/complaint is that I was not able to tip online and I don’t always carry cash so having to stop at a store prior to getting my food just for the purpose of getting cash back so I can tip could be avoided if there was a way to tip the deserving people that make amazing food and have wonderful kind customer service online or in the app when I place my order. They absolutely deserve their tip! Other than that I always have a great experience! Thank you to the awesome kind workers at this location!
