You guys can definitely have a law suit on your hands if my kids throat closes up because you could read directions and pay attention to what you are doing then held me on the phone for 15 mins when this could’ve been completely fixable. I’m sure if you were allergic to something and never added to your order you’d be completely upset!!! Edited:: they never took me of hold to resolve the problem at all and it’s just lack of communication and humanity to deal with a mistake they made in their end

The restaurant was exceptionally clean, which was a great first impression. The service was also very prompt and efficient. I was thoroughly impressed with how perfectly the food was prepared. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked just right. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a delicious and pleasant dining experience.

I would like to give a Kudos the twin sister behind the counter. When we arrived they asked me and my friend if it was a pick up or a counter order and since it was an order at the counter they let us know there was a promotion online. When the website was not working for us. One of them offered to help us while she was working in other order and since the website wasn't working as it should she lend ud her phone to place the order online. If that's nor customer service I dont know what it is . Those 2 girls are the best workers I have deal with in a very long time. I don't know who the manager was but they do deserve some recognition. I noticed there were locations closer to my home but I would go back just to thank the ladies at the counter and to have that amazing cx service.

The ordering process was super easy, even picking up the pizza was easy. The issue that I had was, I was told a price, and I gave the money, but what was odd to me was that the money was not put in the. Register, they pocketed it. And then got into another register to give me change back. Then, only gave me change. Then, I proceeded to say, but I gave you more money than that. And I was needing more change back and then they said, oh well, I thought you gave me this much amount, and we'll no because you looked at it and you pocketed it. So it was the fact that like they didn't even want to give me the correct change back. And why did you pocket the money and not put it in the register? That was very confusing and suspicious to me.

They tried to sale me 2 lg pizzas for really good price. I didn’t want lg. Then offered me a lg ultimate pepperoni cheaper than the sm I wanted. And that pizza? Ultimate Pepperoni is the best they’ve ever made! 👍🏻👍🏻
