Poor communication skills , poor and horrible management after 2pm , what start as just simple remake of a pizza blew up to exchanging words with the so call manger who I failed to mention she didn't have knowledge of the gm number she refused to give me they're corporate number. Very nasty and unprofessional comments was being made . Music blasting felt like I broke up the party placing an order. Public service announcement folks check your food before leaving the store. Instead of de-escalating the situation (Jessica the so to be manger ) was acting like the children she was posed to be manger too . Just a horrible experience . What started as just going to get a quick bite for my children til we made it home . Ended up with wanting to speak with a supervisor about what's going when really manger aren't in the building. Unprofessional, the worst customer service person in the company to have an issue looked into . She really needs to be trained in customer service. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

All good. Except the hygiene of the staff. Where are the caps and hair? Where are the mouth covers? They talk and scream near the food and there are no masks

I have a family member at the main Cleveland clinic campus. We ordered and pizza I had to go all the way down to get it no big deal. I still tipped the delivery driver even though he didn’t have to get out the car. I get to my room on the 6th floor to find my pizza is wrecked. I called to get a refund or get it remade. The “manager” was totally unprofessional and argued with me for about 10 minutes on if she was or wasn’t gonna remake my pizza. She finally decided to not make my pizza. So now I’m out $40 , stuck in a hospital, with no pizza! If this is their management you can only image what the staffs like. Safe ordering!

Nice enough location near the hospital. Placed my order on the app. Walked from my hotel room 20 mins later to pick up. Was informed they never received order. Placed order. Waited 35 mins to get order. One pizza wasnt even a circle and had not been cut. Normally wouldnt care and would just move along without the review but no one in this store needs to be working with the public.

The leadership at this store is beyond rude and very unprofessional. My order never arrived. I called them three times and The Manager kept hanging up on me the assisted and The Manager I would not shop at this store. They’re always late with your food and they never make it right for their mistakes. The Manager was yelling at me telling me the driver called when he was outside and I was explaining to her that the driver never called. She hung up and said come up to the store and come show proof that he called. I would not do business with their store. she also said it don’t matter who I called because their own by someone they are not corporate so it don’t matter about me calling to complain that was The Manager the A.D. she stated
