Terrible customer service...... i called to let them know 2 out of my 3 pizzas were not cut and they blamed it on their dull knives....odd that you got the other one fully cut. Food was cold upon arrival and looked pretty sad. I ordered from this place all the time but not anymore.

My roommate placed an order for delivery, but unfortunately, the incorrect pizza was delivered. When we contacted the store, an associate answered the phone and asked us to hold, but then disconnected the call. We both attempted to call back multiple times, but each call was ended without being answered the lind would just say call ended. We find this to be a highly unprofessional and disrespectful way to conduct business. While it was likely an honest mistake on Domino's part, their refusal to answer the phone and repeated hanging up are not how a company should handle such situations. Despite numerous instances of poor service in the past, we have remained loyal Domino's customers for a considerable time, but this particular experience is an unacceptable way to treat loyal customers!!

Huge shout-out to Assistant Manager Anthony and the amazing team at Lakewood Domino’s! They provide top-notch service with every single order. It doesn't matter if you use an app or order directly, they always take great care of the food and their customers. They’ve officially spoiled me by climbing the 80 steps to my place every time! No excuses, unlike certain other places that leave your food on the floor or in the wrong building without even ringing the call box. This is true 5-star service. Keep it up, team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was one of the best dominos pizza I’ve ever had, made to perfection. Crust is crispy on the edges, with the perfect amount of sauce and toppings. The pizza was done in 10 minutes and the employee was kind and meticulous. Great location, great pizza!

I’ve been coming to this dominos for quite some time and have been coming often, they’ve always had my order prepared before I get there. Everyone is super nice and some people have gone the extra mile to remember my name and face. I’ve never had any problems with this location and don’t foresee that changing. Not all locations are created equally, but I believe they’re the best and consistently have earned the right to be recognized as such.
