This location usually nails it! but unfortunately they were Nagasaki tonight and bombed. Got the bacon ranch and there was no chicken except maybe two piece. The pizza was over sauced with buffalo sauce and was just disappointing we also ordered the slice sauce but was not given it. Yes, I should’ve doubled checked but The employees are usually on top of it when making sure the order is right.

Go somewhere else!! Every order we’ve placed from this location has been wrong. Wrong items delivered or order is wrong. They cannot refund your money when they mess up, or you are missing something from your order. Yet, offer a credit on your account that somehow always seems to get lost. Spend the money and time to go somewhere else! $40+ your order should be right.

Pizza was good. Delivery was on time and everything was made correctly. Price was even ok!! The only thing is the parm wings. They were covered in a mayonnaise like substance that is not fit for humans. Avoid at all costs.

Thank you Dahlia, for your customer service and coming out on a stormy night, I see a bunch of stuck up Karen's below in reviews, thats how thin sliced is cut up PATRICK, there is an option when you order, So things get mixed up sometimes no need to condemn, BUT GOOD OL KARENS GOTTA SAY YALL AINT GREAT. And "REYNAS" Well everytime yall come out yall are great to us THANK YOU . No one's perfect Karen's don't eat pizza eat a salad!! 🙄

When placing the order, ETA was 14 -29 minutes. After placing the order eta changed to 46 - 61 minutes. The app showed that the pizza was in quality checking status for 30 minutes. Order did not arrive until 1 hr and 10 min elapsed. Called store before the pizza arrived, was advised refund not possible for orders over $40. Was offered one free pizza for next time, but that does not solve the issue today. Our order was four pizzas and bread bites. Was advised that I was already speaking with manager and that he could not do anything to refund the order. Was advised that I was not allowed to speak with the regional manager. Asked if regional manager could call me back he said yeah I can take your number but he probably won’t call you back. This has happened a few times lately. Too bad we’ve been ordering from here for years. Will no longer be a customer due to the response to our issue today.
