Updating my review, as it appears the issues with not having enough help has been fixed, I've also been picking up the pizza, and when I get it hot and fresh, its hands down the best pizza in town. They never mess up my order, only had issues with it being cold by the time it gets delivered. Someday they will switch to drones, and everyone will always have hot fresh pizza. Until then, ill continue to eat here 10 times a month. Keep ot up team, was so happy to see so many smiling faces behind the counter today!

Being Superbowl Sunday, the service from Carlos was excellent and the speed of completing the order was outstanding. Everyone of the items ordered (5) were all hot, hand tossed crusts were beautiful; I couldn’t ask for a fast and tasty experience. This Wyoming and Lomas location ROCKS!!

I called and placed an order so I would have enough time to just pick it up and make it home on my lunch break to feed my kids. I get to the store, as I'm pulling into a parking space a female employee bringing pizzas up to the space next to me says some snotty remark at me through my window then goes back inside. I called the store to let them know I'm here so they can bring up my order and they tell me they have no record of it and the food is not made. I will literally have enough time to drop this food off and I will not be able to eat because of the amount of my time they have wasted. The employee who answered the phone is instructing me to park in a fire lane if they want me to bring out my pizza otherwise to remain in the food pickup parking and I would have to wait for a driver to return to the store to bring it an extra 20 ft out to my car. Very dissatisfied and I haven't even received the food yet. Update 8/14/24 Place the simple order and was still disappointed. My buffalo chicken sandwich was essentially chicken free. I had to call the store I don't know how many times before I could get through to anybody. The person that answered the phone said he made the sandwich himself and it was appropriate. This is embarrassing. I'm embarrassed for you. I am officially done with this chain permanently because of this specific location. I will be forwarding all the information I have to the corporate office. Disgraceful at Best. All of my pizza business will now go to slice and dice

🍕This restaurant is pretty consistent with the pizza’s. A lot of the times the pizza’s do not have very much of the ingredients you have ordered. The customer service could be better! Employees are not very friendly when you go inside the restaurant.

Perfect pizza, Just be careful it's hot! I had one of my cheapest pizzas here. Almost half thr price of pizzas in California. I highly recommend their pizzas.
