The woman who took my order on the phone did not inform me of deal specifics, took my card number 3 separate times and the food got here later than she said. When I got the food my Alfredo pasta was undercooked, not enough sauce and looked to be less than the usual amount. I ordered 8 piece wings with extra sauce and of course there’s not much sauce at all. When I called back all they could offer me was a refund in 5-8 days. I paid $55 for 2 pastas, a medium pizza and 8 piece wings. The only decent thing was my deep dish pizza.

Never ever shopping at domino's again. 3rd time ive ordered food and never actually received it. Your app is shit and you dont call from a domino's number deliveries get missed because people dont answer private numbers. When called your rude. Also teach your drivers to read. Delivery instructions tell your driver to honk when they pull up. Glad I wasn't trying to feed anybody or anything. I just wanted them to imagine having lunch.

My order was totally messed up I ordered a meatzza and 1 cheese pizza And got 2 cheese pizzas. The girl at the counter was rude really disappointed.

Store manager, Marty, was a completely rude and incompetent person. Store gets the one star. Marty, negative 5 stars. So rude and unhelpful. I guess not everyone values good work and customer service. The store did not give my item and refused to give me a refund for that item. I guess good help is hard to come by.

This is the 2nd time we have had a large order over $100 and we have issues with delivery. Then we call and the customer service is terrible. I asked to speak to a manager and the person on the phone by said theres no one higher than them and hangs up. I doubt this post will matter but we will never order from this Dominos again.
