I ordered my free pizza by earning points, plus other items. My food came out hot, fresh and delicious! I was concerned about the almost an hour wait time on delivery but it got here long before the time quoted. The ingredients were fresh and cooked to perfection! The delivery driver and management was also awesome! Thank you Dominos Nob Hill!

Pizza is always good, honestly. But I have a gripe with the drive through system. The inside of the store is closed, so everyone needs to pick up their pizza through the drive through window. This is fine, except people will drive up before their order is ready, and sit at the window until it's ready. I park, and then drive up when my order says it's ready through the app. This had led me to wait 5-10+ mins behind a car or two that are at the window waiting. Staff should really tell them to go park, or at least come out to all the cars in line to check if the pizza is ready. It's really not that complicated and would reduce the overall wait times. Actually, as I type this, I've been in line for 5 mins, which is how long my order has been ready, according to the app. Either other customers or the staff is completely oblivious to this, and it's up to management to create a system that could avoid long wait times... Unfortunately, I might have to try a different location next time.

As others have stated, Greg’s towing is preying on unsuspecting patrons of Nob hill by having one its employees wait for people to park in what amounts to unmarked parking spaces at Dominoes. At which point this snitch calls for the tow and will tow your car to some decrepit lot in the war zone, and proceed to charge an unreasonable amount of money, cash only ( we all know what that’s about…IRS will be getting a call), to get your stolen car back. This is a scam of the highest order and I’m surprised that Dominoes continues to allow this for potential future patrons of this establishment. That said, it’s my sincere belief that the manager on duty is involved to some degree, and most likely gets a cut of the proceeds. She basically gets a commission for every car that gets towed, and one has to wonder why the snitch is allowed to park in designated spot while she herself is not buying their crappy pizza. I will be taking this to small claims and if others would like to get involved we can discuss a class action suit. I have more pictures, video and voice recordings of the entire encounter, which was extremely unprofessional having been threatened both at the scene as well as at the place of business. Dominoes corporate will also be receiving a call from my lawyer. Please contact me via a response to this review. Thanks for reading.

Let me order for carry out but apparently their store is not open. Because I had walked over I was forced to walk through the drive through. Had to eat on nearest bus stop in 90 degree weather.

Eaten here for years and have never had one negative experience. Get the $20 online special to feed my family of 4. The food is always hot and fresh. Great amount of ingredients, always cooked to perfection. Customer service at the window is always fantastic. Absolutely love this location.
