They are very rude. On their website, it says if you use a credit card, you have to show it at time of delivery. I called to ask if I'm sending the Pizza to someone who is sick. They won't have my card. The man on the phone says if the website says that we have nothing to do with it, that's the way it goes. I asked him if I can speak to a manager, and he said I will put him on the phone. The manager didn't get on the phone, so he made the employee tell me again? That they have no control over the online ordering. So I said, well, what if I don't order online. What if I place my order over the phone does the person still have to show the card. Rather than answer that question for me, the employee hung up on me. They are the only pizza play placed place that as to see the card. I will have to place my order through doordash. Even though doordash has BOGO domino's MARKS UP THEIR ITEMS around $6.50 each. I tried to explain that if I use doortash It's going to cost me $30 more then if I ordered directly from domino's. My order was going to be $60. I guess they don't need my business. But anytime you can order from the website it comes out cheaper to pay the $5.99 delivery charge then to pay an extra $6 to $6.50 mark-up per pizza I've never dealt with this Domino's before because I live in alliante. But the way I was treated on the phone today II will never buy anything from them for anyone.

i order 1-2 times a week last week they dint bring my 2 liter drink they say next time i order call and they will fix it, i ordered today and called ive been on hold for 40 minutes bro , congrats you lost a loyal customer

Customer service sucks these people made pizza wrong I want it replaced been calling over a hour they pick phone up and hang up .really Bad manager at this place on Simmons .i will call til u close so hang up all u want Cooperate will hear about this come Monday .give people good service answer ur phone and take care of customers.pizza suppose to be stuffed crust Parmesan oregano all over it no sauce nothing like what was ordered pizza was cold when it arrived

I was having a lot of trouble trying to order and add a deal online. After trying for over an hour I called into the store and spoke to Charles, the manager, who was extremely kind and helpful and was able to get my complicated and tedious order down on the first attempt. I am so thankful for him and for this location as they are always friendly and professional. I'm especially thankful to Charles who handled my order and frustration with exceptional service.

Whoever Charles is , he’s the man !!! Because our pizza was made perfect and everyone complains about this locations delivery. This shop is 5 mins away from us . We have a lot of construction going on west lake mead, we still got our pizza in a reasonable time . Hot and fresh . Maybe our alarm system scared Charles lol ! My bad I should’ve given a warning , he was still very funny and kind ! Thank you Charles !
