Today, October 12, 2024, I bought a pizza and some wings. We have always bought from this store for 15 years and I have never had any problems, but today my wings were very dry. I asked the guy in front if I could have more sauce and since he was apparently new, he asked his partner (a tall African American man). He said no and that if I wanted to have it, I would have to pay cash. I told him that this was not the first time that this had happened and that I had never been denied service. I told him that I was the customer and I had the right. He refused and started yelling. I walked out and he continued yelling at me. This happened around 8:00 p.m.

This is the closest location to my home and it really depends on the time of day you go at night I receive the worst service. The manager was extremely dismissive and appeared to be irritated at my concerns. This is how I picked up my pizza and wings and it’s was unappealing. My 5 year old wouldn’t touch it and this was our dinner. Please be more mindful when cooking for people you have no idea what some people are going through. A refund was not enough my son went to bed crying, hungry and disappointed. Please be more thoughtful

Went to pick up and the inside smelled like cigarettes. There were so many workers but no one greater me or acknowledged me. When I finally got my order I was missing items which took forever to get someone to help me. Get home and food is burnt and order is wrong. As you can see the sandwich was with no peppers or mushrooms and it clearly had both and was extremely burnt along with the pizza.

I usually always go to this place, never complained but man this is the second time my pizza was messed up. Kinda looks like some of it was picked at even.

Simple I ordered on line the total came out to $10.80 the young lady there changed me 17$ I asked why so heigh she replied the sale is over, I pay get the car look at the receipt that was in the pizza box,,, and is says $10.80 I go back inside to ask to speak to a manager. To make it a short complaint. Instead of refunding my money or even say sorry for the inconvenience they threw me out. Domino's and other places where young people work should be trained about customers service. Never heard of the customer is always right. That is a old saying I guess it means nothing anymore... I won't be back to any Domino's
