As a former GM for a Domino's and having Domino's be my go to pizza for the last at least 15 years, this is by far the worst experience I've had with Domino's. I placed an order for delivery at 11pm. My delivery was timed to be at my door at 11:30. I'm not a prude on the time if its a little late but the food arrived after 1am. Additionally the driver ate the pizza on my doorstep. He didn't call or try to get ahold of us, and after all of that he had the audacity to leave it strewn across the porch with 2 pieces missing. My experience with the manager on the phone was not terrible, but he didn't offer to fix the issue. I had to guide him to it. I offered to come in and get it if it was remade so I could eat it fresh. He did do that so I'm happy with that resolution. I asked him "are you going to comp this meal" and he said I will do that. I then replied, as a gesture of good faith knowing the nights can be tough to keep it on the books. I'm fine paying. I just wanted my food hot. So I paid a delivery price for the pizza, though that was my own choice, the pan pizza dough was bad. It was out too long and you could see it from the cut and also taste it. I am absolutely not impressed. So to recap: The order was slow. The manager on shift needs a little more grace in being able to provide good service to customers. The driver needs to understand that taking 5 deliveries at the same time is unacceptable. Oh yes and STOP CLEARING ORDERS FROM THE SCREN BEFORE THEY'RE ACTUALLY READY. The tracker goes by that. Also I will be back there to request the refund because of rhe mess the driver made on my porch.

Both pizzas had the white sauce instead of tomato sauce for some reason. They switched topping on the pan with the hand tossed. Female employee was basically by herself the entire time with occasional times another employee( delivery driver) would come in and help for a minute. Female employee didn't wear gloves the entire 50 minutes we were there. The pizzas looked awesome, but wrong toppings and white sauce made them less than desirable. Crust was good as always.

Horrible customer service. I ordered my pizza thru window pickup , I sat at window for 15 minutes no one came and honked the horn twice no one still came. Walked inside did not get greater or acknowledged at all, waited another 10 minutes finally got my food. Not one associate was wearing gloves. Even the lady making the dough was not wearing any gloves while handling food. So nasty.

Ordered a barbecue chicken pizza with pineapple. Then waited 2 hours for a pizza with no sauce and random peppers mixed in with the pineapple? Why would you send a pizza with no sauce on it? Also couldn't get a refund because there was no manager at the store when we called. I've ordered from this domino's many times and usually it's ok but this is the second time I've gotten a pizza with no sauce.

0 stars, literally. I haven’t been to this one in a very long time because when I gave them a shot when they were doing $5 pizzas, I ordered extra sauce but when I showed up I got lectured on food cost and that if I’m paying for a $5 pizza, then I’m getting a $5 pizza. If you want to promote your business, don’t scale down your product because that counters your promotion because you are no longer promoting your product then. I was told that if I wanted a better pizza to pay full price. This is not a recent review, I’m sure all of the staff has been overturned over that time, but this is consistent with any time I have had pizza from them. Knowledge about customer perceptions over the history is important in restructuring company values.
