I ordered a pepperoni pizza at the Kansas City, Missouri location. I waited between 35 to 45 minutes. When I received it I went home. I took a bite and found out. It was ran sauce instead of tomato sauce. This is poor service. There is only one worker while the manager was giving in-store interview and not helping out.

One star is being generous! Worst experience ever, pizza arrived late and so greasy no one could eat it. When I called the manager said “pizza is greasy “, I told her I’ve ordered Dominos pizza before and never received pizza like this. She then said “ i’ve been baking pizzas all day and every one of them comes out greasy. Next time you order pizza select provolone cheese.” I have never had to request a different cheese to prevent it from being greasy. She then said give us a bad review, I don’t care, and hung up. Don’t order from this location, it’s horrible!

I switched to dominos a few years ago because the wait times for delivery were almost nothing! This last year though wait times have declined terribly. in the last two weeks ive ordered twice (one of my kids had a birthday). Last Saturday(6/6), I ordered 4 pizzas for delivery the next sunday (6/7) at 1:15p. The party started at 1:30p. The pizza was not delivered until almost 2p. We were not called or alerted of any change, given an apology, or coupon for future order. We were not prioritized in their day making me think the order ahead is absolutely useless. -fast forward to today I order again since today has just been a busy day and the time says it'll be 32-47 minutes. Now im looking at just over an hour wait. I know its not this locations "fault" for the wait times on the app, but the company feels like its lying to its customers then. This will likely be the last time I order from this location since this isn't the first time its happened, just the first time I got screenshots (as I went to add the screenshots I realized my address is riddled all over the photos and im not comfortable with that)

Spinach/Feta was really good. Quick service. Will definitely come back again😊

This was horrible. There was no BBQ sauce on my wings, nor any cinnamon on my bites. I usually don't complain but this was horrible
