I placed a delivery order at 9pm 2/28 for the $9.99 byo pizza. The woman was being rude, rushing me and over talking me. I told her she was being rude and she continued with attitude.When she finally took my order she quoted a price of $16 and some change for delivery. 5 minutes later I get a call from a man stating that they had no delivery drivers in which I knew was bs. I told him that they didn't close until 1am and that she would have stated that before taking my order. I called back to speak with a manager but got a different woman. I explained the situation, she said we do have a delivery driver and didn't know why they told me that, she then took my order for the second time, put me on hold looking for a coupon and then hung up. I called back and another wo.an was rude and hung up before stating she didn't see my order under my phone number but the man called my number to tell me that they didn't have a driver. The whole night shift should be fired, no respect, just rude for no reason, UNACCEPTABLE‼️My mame is Mollie Ross and I will be up there tomorrow to speak with the GM. Also after reading the reviews let's me know you all have done nothing to change your customer service. That night shift has no respect to for us customers. 2/28/2026

Ordered on line Said 45 min delivery. After an hour and twenty minutes my first left. I called the local number. On hold for 18 minutes. Hung up. Delivery driver showed up. Explained the situation. She left. Won’t make this mistake again.

We ordered pizza a little before 5pm and the tracker stated about 530 the time of the pizza kept going up and "quality check" was stuck for what seemed forever. After about an hour later my husband called, they said their systems were down and deliverwy should be in about thirty mins. We waited another hour, finally when they food arrived it was hard and cold. The box was luke warm but the pizza was solid hard and cold!!! When we called they said it was just made. We live about three minutes from the Domino's. There is no way the pizza got that cold in three min

Music was so LOUD apon entry she didn't even hear me. She (BF) was rude when she saw me and turned around to continue not to make 1 pizza but 5 more. I ordered online so it wasn't like I placing a new order. I would t have anyway with her attitude. I asked for lite sauce and extra cheese and there was hardly any cheese. NEVER EVER AGAIN. RUDE employees. Bad attitude.

This store is absolute trash, there is specific lady that works here who constantly has an attuide when calling to check on order due to so many issues when ordering. 3x I've had an issue with them saying they delivered my pizza and did not. 😒 she canceled my order and said she refunded the money hopefully that is true. I dont trust this store or how they conduct business crazy that the same lady changed her attitude as soon as I posted this review. Glad I recorded the call just in case I dont get my money back. Its the same lady always messing with my orders.
