We ordered pizza delivery to our hotel 4 miles away. I called the shop twice, still no pizza. About 45 minutes after the guy left the restaurant, we got a very COLD, OLD looking " pizza" that tasted like cardboard. I couldn't eat it. Never again.

Big shout-out to the Domino’s crew... Super fast, friendly, and right on the mark. Hot thin crust and wings at the door, no mistakes, just smooth motion. I know how hard the guys and gals in the food service work, and i want you to know that you are appreciated.

Pizza is great. But the delivery people have no idea what they are doing. My husband spend literally 30 minutes on the phone with someone who couldn’t even really understand him, so she could find where we live. He had to repeat himself probably 15 times until this delivery driver found our house. We don’t live in the middle of no where.. we’re literally in a residential neighborhood. Then the driver gets here and has the audiciaty to tell my husband our address is wrong. When we told her 10 times it’s correct she just didn’t read the important instructions. Then she blamed him because SHE hit a deer. Absolutely insane.

Tried to purchase a $9.99 special three times as advertised without success. Upon arrival at the Store (Johnson Dr. Mission, KS) there were two employees and the one preparing food without gloves was later alone doing every task. The delivery driver who took my order stated he couldn't correct the online specials above, so the order with 20% off was now $20.36 and would be ready in 15 minutes. Upon my return the food preparer (only staff present) was in the bathroom for 6 minutes finally returning to the cash register to give me the prepared pizza still gloveless. The hygiene practices of this store needs to be reviewed, after eating two slices this order was discarded due to digestive distress.

My experience here was a 10/10 food was great and food came out fast!! As well as the customer service provided! There was a worker named Marvin and was very professional and polite. He even gave me a moment of time to talk to me and get to know me! Will be back for more delicious food and great customer service !!!
