I should have known better than to order from Dominoes. Delivery was awful, late. The app isn't useful at tracking the order. The Philly sub I received was basically just toasted bread with a splash of meat and onions. I try Dominos once a year and every time something goes wrong. Ridiculous

Got the cups right but got two 32 piece cinnamon bites not one and one parmesan bites...also when someone orders a thin crust it's for it to be crispy, not soaking in cheese or burnt like a kettle chip. The lack of consistency is wild.

I got food on 2/22/25 the chicken was not that bad nor the soda. But the brownies were very burnt and the pasta too. I called and was on hold 20 minutes and the phone hung up. To top it all off I was on my lunch brake. And I did do a complaint. But this is 4 day's later and nothing. I even still have the 2 items in ice box if they want them. I just want a refund. O almost forgot they didn't leave my 2 dipping sauce.

So there's a great big wall sized chalkboard that reads managers special 20% off your entire order. So I asked the guy if they automatically applied that special to everyone's order when placed and his response was "no we are actually trained not to mention any specials or offer anything unless the customer is specifically requesting it". This after making a hole online order and it taking money out of my account and when I get there the order is not placed because they have online issues that they refuse to fix. I thought Domino's had stepped up their game but they have left their customer service in the dust. Then to top it all off, when I got home it was the wrong Pizza. Just because Domino's has a company chooses not to work on customer experience and they suck doesn't mean you as a store, or employee have to suck too!!

I've ordered Domino's delivery and my service has fantastic. I just wanted to say thank you to this location for delivering great food. Westport team holds a commitment for high standards. I appreciate the quality of food you deliver every time I order. Thank you Westport team.
