This 5 🌟 rating is for Gary in particular. He was very welcoming and displayed superb customer service. I had an issue with the way my entree being prepared with my pizza, I expressed this concern, and Gary made my pizza himself, gave me a complimentary drink for my wait, and kept me updated. My pizza looked and tasted amazing! I appreciated his kindness, and although I won’t ever order from this location again; Gary is why I took time out to leave this review. Thanks again for amazing customer service experience!

I stopped in to this location briefly this evening asking staff for a simple request. My phone had died id been waiting for an extended amount of time for a ride and simply asked the manager to call me a taxi cab. Its a local call and would have been very brief. She asked if it was something free to do which I told her it was she then lied to my face saying she couldn't Google the number so I asked another customer to Google it, the did and I memorized it on the spot. During this time the store got busy so I waited until it was slow again and asked the manager again this time knowing the number for her to call. She finally mumbled no and gave no explanation as to why. I wasnt poorly dressed or a nuisance while they were busy. It wouldn't have cost her a penny to make the call. I am floored that this is how dominos treats customers! Never in my life have I ever had a business refuse to call a taxi for me. Shame on this location and really same on dominos for employing some one who lacks any moral compass.

So my five year-old had to have emergency surgery at children’s mercy a few days after surgery when she was allowed to eat she wanted pizza and cheese bread from Domino’s so I got on the app and made a delivery order then called the store to let them know to please do not put the oil all over everything, once the order gets delivered I open up everything to see that it is absolutely swimming and dripping and oil, and that the pizza is pretty much burnt to the point where she’s not gonna eat it and I can’t eat it, I then called the store to talk to a manager about it and was told that since I ordered my pizza with "light sauce", that’s why it’s burnt. I’ve ordered a lot of pizzas from Domino’s in my life the same way and never had one burnt because it had "light sauce" after basically arguing with the manager he told me out of all the pizzas he’s made today. It’s pretty coincidental that mine is the only one burnt. I told him I would bring it back to the store if he would like to see it, but he just basically told me look if you don’t like how we cook pizza go somewhere else and get your food and hung up. Needless to say this is the worst dominoes I have ever got food from and will never return again.

I was skeptical of ordering here on my way home due to some of the reviews but honestly my order came out just as expected . The pizzas were great the people were friendly during my pick up and the store was clean. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I think I've found my new favorite location.

My delivery today was an absolute disaster. Both my pizzas were made incorrectly, the pasta was drier than the Sahara and only had 4 pieces of chicken (You visually saw 4 pieces), and received cinnamon bites instead of parmesean. Contacted the store the manager was rude as ever. She made it seem as jf i was the problem for them making the order imcorrectly. After 10 minutes of going back and forth she stated that they will only remake my order if the wrong food was returned. I advised once my new food got here that's fine. So now an hour and 30 mins goes by and still no new order has been delivered. Called the store and stated I dont care about the new delivery Im on the way to completely return all the food and get my money back, which was over $65. Arrived to the store, only two individuals were working the sweetest young black girl that kept a smile on her face and then there was the rude older lady manager she never greeted me as I approached the counter and never offered a simple apology for her mistake. I understand being understaffed and busy bt that should not hinder good customer service.
