I work overnight job and I ordered pizza for my kids last night. I couldn’t believe what was delivered to my house so I called the store politely not rude or anything. Just curious to know why would I get a pizza looking like this delivered to my house what was the reason Customer service at the Oak Street location in Minneapolis with horrible. The first time I called the store. Employee hung up on me. The second time I spoke to a so-called associate manager Who offered nothing but having to come into the store to get a refund or to deal with this matter, but when I went to file a complaint online, I was offered two medium pizzas, which was fine just curious why the store associates were so mean and didn’t offer anything

Heard delivery was going to take awhile due to shortage of drivers. WOW! They were really busy! The drivers were doing what they could as fast as they could, going out on multiple deliveries at a time. They seemed quite organized and were clearly communicating with each other. I was assisted immediately when I walked in the door and my pizza was coming out right then. My Philly cheesesteak pizza was made to perfection! So tasty! The manager, Glen, was juggling phone calls coming in but still was able to greet me with a smile. I wanted to tip on the credit card but there was no receipt available; problem with the printer or something. But I threw down some cash that they greatly deserved. Keep it up, guys! Thank you!

The pizza here is pretty good. I get pizza here around once a week. I select Well Done every time and that barely ever happens, I almost always get a pale, normally cooked pizza. The image attached is a good example of when it is Well Done.

Went to pick up an order that was placed over the phone on 1/15/26 when I got there they said I had no order and maybe I call a different Domino's. I told him they took my credit card number and said it went through and order would be ready in 15 minutes I pulled it up on my phone of the Domino's I called and asked the young man if this was the dominos I was at he stated yes but then again stated I never called in an order. I did not appreciate the fact that he may as well have called me a liar!! I once again explained that yes this was the correct Donimos he questioned another worker about the order then he said I bet it was Ryan that took the order. They nicely took my order again in which I had to pay again and was told I would be refunded in 3-5 days. Well that has not happened for being charged twice. Both charges were taken out on the same day. I called and was told I need to call back they are to busy which I understand. I requested for the manager to call me back when they are not so busy. Time will tell.

hello! i ordered carry-out here twice - once in person, once over the phone. it was seamless and easy! i think it was the same guy both times, very nice. and both times the food was piping hot and was done a few minutes early. very friendly people! two different things i ordered each time, everything was amazing. thanks for an easy dinner throughout the snowstorm!
