This dominos has gone DOWNHILL. This was the go-to dominos. I’ve gotten food from here for years. The last 5 pizzas and extras I’ve had (since employees left and others took charge) have been terrible. Wrong orders, not cooked, missing things, and just gross. I’ve gone at many different times, it’s not because they were busy and missed stuff, but they have just stopped caring. Just the last time, pizza was raw and doughy throughout the pizza, toppings wrong. We got a thing of tots that was fine. And just because I had numerous orders in a row messed up that I just put up with, this time I decided to call the store. I talk with an employee, they were nice. I explained the situation in detail, they were apologetic and said that they could refund my pizza, but not the whole order. That’s fine, the tots were fine but the pizza was inedible. He said to wait and he needs to clear it with the manager. Next thing I know I am on the phone with the manager who was immediately upset. I roughly explained what was wrong with my order and was met with the response “so what do you want me to do about it”. Me being completely surprised by that response said “well the employee said that just my pizza could be refunded, which is fine because the tots were fine”. The response I got back surprised me even more. He says “Yeahhh, I’m not gonna do that just because the pizza wasn’t right”. What?!? After a little more back and fourth, the resolution is him saying “so what, do you want me to give a credit to the account for a pizza? That’s all I’ll do. I’m not giving a refund.”. I just say yeah, basically the same, that’s fine. He confirms the account info then immediately he hangs up. Never got my credit. I would recommend any other dominos. Don’t waste your money here. Bad food and questionable new employees. If you had a good experience before early 2026, it’s not the same. At all.

I ordered on line and when I got my food and opened it to my surprise the food was burned so I called to complain and they agreed to remake it but I had to go to Domino's to pick it up. Fine not a problem. I pulled up to Domino's only to be greeted by a rude and angry delivery drive he pulled up as I'm getting out the car and he starts yelling and using profanity at me I told him not to talk to Me like that and he continued so I went inside to talk to a manager only to discover nobody stepped up as the Manager so I told them all I am reporting this to the corporate office. They did replace the order only to my surprise when I got it home it was still the worst looking food ever. I will tell the whole entire world about this HORRIBLE DOMINO'S LOCATED AT 5551 w. LAKE STREET. MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55416 I DEFINITELY THE WORST I HAVE EVER IN MY LIFE CAME ACROSS THE EMPLOYEES ALONG WITH THE (NO) MANAGER ON DUTY IS A JOKE TO THE COMMUNITY. NEVER GOT A REFUND!!!!!!!

Ordered two identical pizzas online for pickup. Got home to give to a party and saw attached, genuinely absurd thing to see. Service is 5 stars cause they replaced it, no fight. Genuinely ain't the type to complain but I appreciated them being real abt it, the kids loved the replacement so Its a W.

The problem is, this particular location is so Hit or Miss. there are times the pizza is really good. Then there are times where is really bad. No in between. I think what i ordered had extra pepperoni and extra sauce. At least on some of the pizzas. Kinda annoying.

This is a pretty good Domino's never had any problems, The only issue I ever have is I order extra pepperoni and you can tell by the photo that it's never extra pepperoni. Whenever I go to another Domino's and order extra pepperoni they always fill it up. But besides that it's still good pizza. 🍕🍕🍕
