If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was one of the worst food delivery experiences I have ever had. The pizza arrived completely destroyed, crushed inside the box, with the toppings and slices shoved all over the place. It honestly looked like it had been dropped, thrown around, or stored on its side during delivery. What is even more frustrating is that someone at the store had to see this before it left and still decided it was acceptable to send to a paying customer. There is absolutely no excuse for a pizza to arrive in this condition. I paid for a meal and received a mess. The quality control, customer care, and attention to detail were clearly nonexistent. I took photos immediately because I couldn’t believe what I was looking at. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this location to anyone. Customers deserve better than food that arrives looking like it survived an accident. I expect a full refund for an order that was clearly not delivered in acceptable condition.

I ordered 3 pizzas last night, 2 of them came correctly, 1 was incorrect. I ordered a Meatzza that came with NO meat on it! Things happen I get it. I called to get it fixed, sat on hold for 15 minutes no one ever answered the phone. I had to leave spending time with my family, after I paid a delivery fee and tipped the driver so I DIDN'T have to leave my house, to take the incorrect pizza to the location. Three workers standing there chatting when I walked in, no one waiting in the lobby. When I asked why no one was answering the phone, I was told they were busy. Mind you I placed my order at 3:15, delivered at 4pm, so after lunch rush and before dinner rush. I understand being busy but standing there talking doesn't get the work done. I got a half ass apology for my inconvenience. What got me the most was watching them making food with NO gloves on. Three different people, none of them wearing gloves while preparing food. Really Dominos, we're doing that, bare hands all over people's food? Makes me also wonder what food storage and cleaning routines looks like at this location.🤔 I will NOT be ordering from here any more.

We ordered 50 pizzas for a school delivery and it was flawless. I spoke to Kat a few times by phone and she was super helpful w/ placing the order and exploring a few different discount possibilities that we could use for a school order. There was a code issue when the orders got put in… we all have computer issues in every industry so no big deal. I would have never known if she hadn’t mentioned it bec she was so patient throughout the order. On delivery day, the two delivery people were flexible when we had to deliver to a different door on the other side of the school. And the pizza was still fresh and hot. Every step of the order was just really easy bec their people had a helpful attitude the whole time. The only thing I’d change is that on delivery there wasn’t a place on the receipt to add a tip… and I didn’t have cash on our event day. So I’m going back to tip in store.

Horrible experience tonight. I ordered 4 pizzas, wings and cheesy bread for a group of kids. I ordered marinara, blue cheese and ranch and none of it was delivered. When I called in I got an attitude from “Tiana” with no apology and an offer to get a credit for the sauces or to deliver it, as if waiting another 30 mins for sauce to use on their gooey disgusting wings was a viable option. I will never order from this location again. Tiana has zero customer service skills and wouldn’t give me the branch owner’s information so that I could convey my negative experience

Ordered the cheese steak pizza on uber eats and selected no cheese on accident. The lady who delivered the pizza was professional, friendly, and brought me two pizzas, one with cheese and one without because they were worried I ordered the wrong item. Talk about customer service and going the extra mile. I called Angel (the manager and thanked him) will be ordering pizzas from this location! BTW pizza was delicious!
