Been a fan for years, but the last two orders within a week we did not care for the food. First order a week ago was delivered slow and the pizza and loaded chicken was not hot and it was soggy. The hand tossed crust doesn't hit the spot. Surprisingly without a complaint, we received a coupon for a free pizza thereafter as the delivery "did not live up to their expectations". Ordered the free 2 topping pizza, but you have to have a minimum order around $18. So we ordered a salad and chicken habanero sandwich. Super fast delivery this time, but the pizza again did not taste that great and some pieces had no sausage or mushrooms. The sandwich was a joke and not worth $9.99. One half had five small pieces of chicken, the other half just two and one was tiny. Mostly bread and cheese. This added insult to injury. The on-line tracking does not work, showed delivery car in the same location both times. So a "free 2 topping pizza", sad sandwich and salad ended up costing $31.99 which included a $5.99 delivery charge and our 20% tip.

Stopped in on my way home to order a couple pizzas for lunch. The girl who took my order put my order in and told me it would be $38. My family and I order this same exact order about once a week from the location on 54 in Lutz and it always is like $19 and some change. When I asked her about the price she said that's with the "deal". So why wouldn't you put it in that way at first? Then she tells me about 10-20 minutes...I go out to my vehicle, come back in 20 minutes later and my order hasn't even been started yet. Definitely won't ever come back to this location!

Amanda Samuels, February 2026.- I am a repeated customer at this Domino’s Pizza location. I became sick with flu like symptoms and ended up getting Covid as well after going here. My 2 children was also sick as well. Both ended up in the hospital for about 3 days. Despite this, management continues to allow employees and managers who appear ill to work without no type of protection. I have personally observed managers handling food without washing their hands, coughing all over the store without covering their mouth and not following proper hygiene or food safety practices. Sick employees are still being allowed to prepare and hand out food to customers. 2 employees who works in the front told me the whole management became sick with the Influenza Disease and no one was washing their hands or cleaning things properly. These conditions create a serious health risk to both employees and the public. Management has not corrected these issues coming from employees. I have put in an Health Complaint to the department and I am concerned customers or staff could become sick due to improper sanitation and illness control.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Domino's Pizza! The food was exceptional and the service was truly amazing. Devin went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, providing excellent service with a friendly and professional demeanor. The pizza we ordered was prepared to perfection, with fresh, high-quality ingredients that made every bite a delight. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. Kudos to Devin for delivering such an outstanding meal and top-notch service. We'll definitely be returning soon!

S/O to this location Domino’s location on Cross Creek. They are always nice, professional, and consistent. Been going to this location for 5 years and never had an any issues to my orders. I had to make sure they were recognize for their great customer service. Football is back and what a way to kick start it off with the 50% off everything. My kids and I had to run it back - the viral Domino’s pizza!! You can never go wrong!!!
