Went to Tampa for 3 days (my usual) spot. Took about an hour calling different locations trying to get someone to honor their coupon for stuff crust with 3 toppings for $13. Everyone kept giving me a price of around $25-$30. After making my order by phone instead, I had to go pick it up. Hard to find, very dark parking lot, looked closed, but saw employees so I went in. The female working was pleasant, not so much the male. Scary part of town as it is. Eventually made it back to my room. All told, I wasn't very happy with the ordering process nor having to "Google Map" it to get there. Maps took me 14 minutes to get there, but regaining my whereabouts, I made it to my room in about 5 minutes. 😳☹️😥

On May 12th I ordered a pizza for delivery and added very specific delivery instructions. The driver failed to follow the instructions, marked my order as delivered and never delivered the pizza. I tried calling the store to get this situation resolved because there was nothing I could do on my end through the app since it was marked delivered. I was hung up on twice and put on an endless hold multiple times. They had me on hold so long that I had time to drive to the restaurant, wait to be addressed, and was STILL on hold. The phone? Placed strategically off the hook so that it wouldn’t ring. Once I was finally acknowledged, I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction in a matter that could have been resolved quickly over the phone that now took over an hour and had to result in me leaving my house late at night while sick. I requested to receive either my money back or the product I paid for. I witnessed the staff go back and forth for 15 minutes because the manager asked a crew member that was not on the clock to do something. I also witnessed several other upset customers waiting because their order was taking much longer than promised. I was assured that my order would be remade and that I would be able to redeem a free pizza only at that location at any time. The manager expressed they were short staffed that evening and I was able to be understanding. It is now June 19th and I tried to call in my order to redeem the pizza I was comped by the manager. Of course, nobody ever answered the phone. I asked my significant other to place the order in person for me and they went back and forth with him about how that reward is not in the system for me and does not exist. I tried to give them another chance and I’m officially done. If this were the last place to order food I’d rather starve.

I had a wonderful experience at the Domino’s on 50th Street in Tampa, Florida. LeAndre B. provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely courteous, kind, and very communicative throughout my order. From start to finish, he made sure everything was clear, handled my order with care, and maintained a positive and respectful attitude. Customer service like this truly makes a difference, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you, LeAndre B., for your professionalism and kindness. I had the pleasure of stopping by today to try the viral Philly cheesesteak pizza, and wow—it did not disappoint! I hadn’t been to Domino’s in over 5 years, but Caleb and his team completely changed my experience. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and welcoming. On top of the amazing customer service, the pizza looked incredible and tasted even better—definitely a 10/10! I’ll definitely be back.

Just finished the worst customer service call with the manager at this store Ben. Last night, i placed an order, never received the email confirmation nor was my card charged. I waited about 10m and replaced the order using another card. I instantly received the confirmation email and the funds charged to my account. My order arrived and a little while later it arrived again. This was all around 10/1030p last night, I figured I can follow up with the store in the morning. I called today around 2 and spoke with Ben explaining the situation he immediately asks me why I didn’t call the store. I advised it was late but I still have the entire pizza and side untouched I didn’t need two orders. He sounded flustered and explained the next time I order, they would charge it off. I called back to explain to Ben between the two charges it’s about $60 and I’d rather just have a refund. He again had a very sarcastic tone and stated it’s not as simple as “oh I’m just going to get you a refund!! I have to get higher ups involved” okay, you may want to. Because it’s an obvious glitch on your website that they should know about and it’s not my fault. We continued to to back n forth and every time I would speak, he would interrupt me so I started doing the same with him. He accused me of being argumentative but I let him know i actually felt he was. It was a lot of unnecessary and rude back and forth. I told him I wouldn’t be ordering from the store again so I wouldn’t have a need to use the free meal he offered. He asked me why I was mad and why I wouldn’t from them again? I felt it was inappropriate to ask and assume I’m “mad” I explained to him because of our whole entire interaction I would never purchase from dominos again. My first order was actually great, we enjoyed it and the delivery guy was nice. Ben on the other hand is very sarcastic and condescending. He was more focused on giving me a lecture about what I should have done in this situation instead of just fixing it. The calls are recorded and I also have a recording of the call. He let me know I’d be getting a refund in a few days but I’m just going to keep an eye on my account and dispute it if not.
