Dominos will not offer a refund and has very poor system in addressing customer satisfaction. I would have to post it on the Google Reviews in hopes that I can get anywhere. Please note that I am requesting a refund. Due to this incident, I am not planning to order anything from your company. I am not satisfied or happy with how this incident is being handled. I ordered on the app around 12-1230am and arrived at the store with no employee in the kitchen or anyone attending to customers. There was also another customer that was waiting for their order. No one was present, The store was locked without any note with no employee. I tried calling the store in the hopes of getting in contact with anyone. No responses. On your website, the only customer support that you have is a bot chat that takes responses. The next day at about 11am, I came back to the store to in hopes that I can address the issue to the manager. No employee on site was able to resolve the issue and they communicated to me that the manager would be coming in at 6pm in the evening. I came back later that evening in the hopes that I can speak to the manager. When I arrived, I was able to speak to an employee that was supposedly working that previous evening and mentioned that he even stayed until 2am. The employee came to the back to see his manager. As he returned he offered store credit or they can make the order that moment. I insisted on receiving a refund since I am really not satisfied with how everything was transgressing. And I was also preparing for my holiday travels. This whole incident has already spent a lot of my time not getting anything resolved. The manager on site didn’t even take a moment to speak to me. The employee asked me to call the support number online. Any phone number on your website does not lead to any actual person. I have handled this with patience and no aggression. So at this point, offering me a coupon in order to address this issue is simply not what I want and is quite insulting considering that I want a refund due to poor handling of this incident. Your company is one of the leading companies in the whole world for the pizza business. It’s quite a shame that this simple request is not being handled properly in any level of your corporation at this moment. I hope that an employee will actually take the time to read this and not just a bot resolving this incident with me.

Avoid this store. I placed an order online for my daughter and her friends at 12.43pm. I made an error in the order which I realized immediately. I called them at 12.46pm. They refused to modify the order or offer any refund. Manager was extremely rude. Not ordering with this store again. The only way they will care is by reaching the store franchise owners, listed as managers at DOMINO 1536 HOLDINGS LLC.

I am the owner and medical director of a private medical office located in Coral Gables. Today we ordered pizza from this Domino’s Pizza located on 1400 Ponce De Leon Blvd in Coral Gables FL for all our staff at the office and the delivery driver on arrival recklessly placed the pizza boxes on our countertop and knocked over our flatscreen monitor for our computer in the reception area causing permanent damage. This was witnessed by multiple members of our medical staff. The driver subsequently pretended as if nothing had happened, denied any wrong doing and had the audacity to subsequently ask for a tip. I subsequently called the franchise and asked to speak to the manager to report what happened and the manager I believe his name is “Eddy” replied, very rudely that the delivery driver did not cause any damage and that if we had video of the incident that we should take them to court to sue them. I believe this to be a very unprofessional manner in which to treat customers but ultimately, it is the inability to take responsibility for wrongdoing and subsequently treating myself and other staff members of my office who also called to report the incident with rudeness and disrespect that bothers me the most. I am attaching proof to this post of the damage that was caused to the computer screen. I will also be submitting a formal complaint to their corporate headquarters as I don’t believe that any other future customer should have to endure mediocre service and disrespect that we have experienced from both the delivery driver and the manager of this location; much less a small business like ourselves that treats all our patients with empathy and dignity. If we can do right by our patients then Dominoes can do right by its customers and demand better from their employees.

So we ordered XL Hawaiian, brownies, hashbrowns, and 40min later we get a call. Hey sorry we don't have XL, (40 min later) we can send you 2 LG same price. Fine. 40min later we get brownie box, hashbrown box then 4 small boxes with different amount of small slices in them. 3 in one, 4 in one, half a pizza in one, and squished slices like 4 in another. Try to call the place up, gets through, they hang up. Pizza was supposed to be Hawaiian they added sausages and onions. Felt like it wad leftovers of some kids party. Look at the pics! It looks like we already ate!!!!! No offer of a refund through customer service! Just an offer for like 20% off next order! Seriously? Look at the pics! They weren't even Large slices
