The worst pizza experience anywhere ever… and I travel. The rudest employees. Tried calling abt an order that we waited over an hour past delivery time and supposedly was being made for over and hour before that. When we finally got ahold of them they were rude didn’t care and I asked abt why and nothing other than it’s 5 minutes away then shows up another 20 mi it’s later cold old and looking like it’s been sitting for the past 2 hours…. Also it’s cut weird and really thin. Absolutely the worst pizza place I’ve EVER HAD. Even the most packed rushed little Caesars has service food and employees 100% better than this. I have nothing positive to say abt this place honestly. Don’t order here find somewhere else.

La atención en este punto de venta deja mucho qUe desire. Upon arrival, two employees were at the cash register discussing money issues or cash closing and were not able to even offer a “good night.” I understand that internal situations may arise, but ignoring the client is not acceptable. The greeting is the most basic thing in any service experience. As a customer service professional, I believe that these types of failures reflect a lack of training and supervision. It’s a frustrating experience that shouldn’t be normalized.

I placed an order for delivery. 1 and a half hours later still no delivery and the Dominos app just kept adding longer wait times as if it were a premiere ride at Disney. I went to the store to see if they were ever going to deliver the pizzas. As I pulled up, the driver was outside watching Instagram. The place was understandably busy as it was a Saturday night. As I walked in, other patrons were showing up and complaining about the delivery times as well. The staff seemed overwhelmed and I decided to wait for my pizza since they had already put it in the oven. About 3 min later, my pizza was being place in its box and I asked the clerk behind the counter if I still had to pay the delivery fee since I picked up the pizzas myself. As he is telling me that he has to speak to his manager about that, a cockroach confidently strolls across the wires of the cash register. I take a picture and show the clerk. He then proceeds to nonchalantly crush the roach using a nearby paper towel with his right hand as he slide the pizzas towards me with his left hand. I can not in all good conscience, recommend this location. I don’t believe that even the ninja turtles would eat here and they live in the sewers! I hope the health inspector graces this place with his presence.

I received a wrong item which wasn’t a big deal. The driver was nice and said he would bring the correct order back to me. The store is 4 minutes away. Over 40 minutes and I hadn’t received the order. I called and the guy I spoke to at the store said he didn’t know the drivers ETA and couldn’t tell me how long the driver would take because he isn’t the driver. Well obviously you aren’t the driver. When I asked him to call the driver he said he doesn’t know his number??? Makes no sense. Obviously a lie. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said the manager was too busy in a meeting. Mind you, it was 9pm. Obviously another lie. Horrible customer service. Dominoes you need to do better. I deserve my money back for the portion I didn’t receive.

Do not order on this store! Its the worst store I have ever ordered from. I have given this place so many chances but they are definitely the worst store ever. You call and they don’t pick up the phone or when they pick up they put you on a hold without saying anything. If you make the mistake of ordering on this store expect your food to arrive at least 2 hours after you place your order. The worst, the worst, the worst. There are not enough words to explain how frustrating this place is.
