I am not someone who typically leaves Google reviews, but after my experience today, I felt compelled to share my feedback. I have been a customer of this Domino's location since I was a child, and I am now 32 years old. Over the years, I have always had positive experiences here, which is why I was so disappointed by the customer service I received today. When I went to pay for my order, I attempted to use a Visa gift card that had a $100 balance available. The cashier repeatedly asked me for a PIN number. My family and I explained multiple times that the card was brand new and that no PIN had been set up. I completely understand if Domino's is unable to accept certain gift cards or if there are system limitations. That was never the issue. What was frustrating was the way the situation was handled. At one point, the cashier responded by saying, "I don't care what you use, you just need to pay." I found this comment unnecessary and unprofessional. Payment was never a problem I had another form of payment ready and was more than willing to use my debit card instead. I simply was trying to use a valid gift card first. When I switched to my debit card, I accidentally moved it too quickly while inserting it, causing the chip reader not to process the transaction. Following that, the cashier told me that I seemed "too agitated" and that I needed to calm down. This comment caught me off guard because at no point did I raise my voice, speak disrespectfully, or behave inappropriately. I was simply trying to explain the gift card situation and complete my purchase. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the cashier continued to repeat that I needed to calm down, despite the fact that I remained respectful throughout the interaction. As someone who works in customer service myself, I understand that misunderstandings happen and that not every transaction goes smoothly. However, customers should still be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect. I've been coming to this location for many years and have never experienced service like this before. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would hate to see other loyal customers leave feeling as disappointed and dissatisfied as I did today.

Ignored, Mocked, and Disrespected by Store Employees: A Serious Customer Service Concern As of June 18, 2026, I feel compelled to share this experience in the hope that it helps improve the service provided to Domino’s customers. I visited this store to pick up a pizza order that my wife had placed for our 4-year-old daughter. We order pizza from this location at least twice a week, so we are regular customers. When I arrived, I looked at the pickup board and did not see my name listed. Thinking it might be a simple mistake, I politely tried to ask one of the employees for assistance. Before I could even explain the situation, I was repeatedly told to “wait a moment.” When someone finally acknowledged me, I was simply told that if my name was not on the board, then there was no order. One employee attempted to show another how to look up the order, but after a brief search, they concluded that no order existed. Eventually, one of the employees suggested that I call the store because “customers often place orders at the wrong location.” I followed that suggestion immediately while standing inside the store. The employee who had taken the order noticed the incoming call, looked at the phone, recognized the number, and deliberately chose not to answer it for more than five minutes. When I questioned why he was ignoring the call, his behavior became shockingly unprofessional. He began making mocking hand gestures, laughing, and repeatedly telling me to leave the store. I then asked to speak with the manager. My request was completely ignored. In over 20 years of dealing with businesses and customer service teams, this was one of the most disrespectful, indifferent, and unprofessional interactions I have ever experienced. The employees on duty displayed a complete lack of customer care, accountability, and basic respect. What is even more concerning is that after reading many of this location’s online reviews, I realized that similar complaints appear repeatedly. This does not seem to be an isolated incident but rather a recurring pattern of behavior that continues without consequences. My elderly in-laws, both over 80 years old, have experienced similar treatment at this same location. No customer—especially loyal customers and senior citizens—should ever be treated this way. I strongly encourage corporate leadership to review the management, training, and culture at this store. Employees who openly mock customers, refuse to assist them, ignore requests for management, and intentionally avoid resolving issues are damaging the Domino’s brand and driving customers away. I hope this review receives the attention it deserves and leads to meaningful improvements for future customers.

I am regular customer. I am a manager for qsr restaurant. Today I saw your cashier at 930pm. Steal from your company . A mother and her kids placed an order and paid cash. The guy with the beard that twitches like he's on drugs.jumped around from side to side with the cash in his hands and put over 20$ under the register and the rest in the drawer . The ticket came out to 13$ this is obviously a regular occurrence since he did it openly in front of the 4 people waiting for their orders. This is why prices go up and your company has to sacrifice service to your customers because your being robbed from your own people. Don't pay cash at this location. I called and ask for a manager and the same employee answered and refused to give the phone to manager. When I told him how he feels about robbing and stealing from his job. He hung up the phone. I look forward to hearing about the outcome.

I placed an order at Your Domino's Store: Domino's #5177 8737 Coral Way Miami FL 33165 after waiting one hour for my pizza one of the store workers gave my pizza to another customer and also pretended to give me wings that fell on the floor and I saw it. Their only solution was to cancel my order after I waited so many time. I was very frustrated and they did not even offer me an apology. The store was busy so I completely understand and waited patiently for my pizza until they could not find my second pizza half pepperoni and half pineapple and ham. I told the manager the lady gave it to someone else because the cheese pizza and that one came out together. I saw the lady packaging the pizza but not knowing to who the pizza belongs. They have receipts in front of them. I asked if they can refund me for the pizza missing and give me the cheese one. I have kids waiting at home for them. They cancelled my whole order and did not give me the pizza. They did not even said I am so sorry for the inconvenience. I do not know what type of customer service was that. I even saw when the wing fell, placed back In the box that is why I asked Also for new wings. How can I eat wings that fell off in a floor where people are walking with dirty shoes. And give that to my children. I am very frustrated and will never go back To that store

Slow service, had to wait around 20 minutes to pickup the pizza even when the pizza tracking app says food was ready. That wasn't only one time. The company need to work on the accuracy between restaurants and the mobile app.
