Driver parked in an unmarked vehicle never got off nor delivered my pizza and even closed ticked tracker as delivered I called and was told by a girl that it was being delivered n I’m still waiting for my pizza at almost an hour from ordering. This has happened multiple times at this pizza spot n I’m so stupid I still order here cause it’s the only one that delivers to my address, go figure 🤦🏽‍♀️. Mind you I use to love ordering from this place…. Update pizza got here still warm and everything arrived as ordered but same driver and vehicle and this time he got off like he should’ve when he saw me 1st time around.

This employee was preparing the pizza with bare hands without using glove , I saw others employees wearing gloves, but she wasn't. She was also talking over the pizza she was preparing. The manager of this place needs to educate his employees about hygiene habits.

ALL THE TIME with this location. This is the 4th time I place an online order and the exact same thing happens: the app says the driver is on the way, but the order never actually leaves the store. Then suddenly the app marks it as “delivered” when I never received anything. I’ve been waiting in my building lobby for 30 minutes for a pizza that should have arrived a long time ago. This place is a complete disaster!!!!!!!!!! Of course the … pizza is cold as hell!

I would to take this opportunity to recommend this place. First of all, the young lady who answered the phone was very quick and professional. Once the order was taken it was delivered just 25min, that was fast, considering the location of this place and my home. So, my 2 supreme pizzas arrived very fresh and hot. The ingredients you can tell they were very tasty once you combine them in your mouth, if you know what I mean. We really enjoyed. I will order here in the future for sure. Just one suggestion, please place the center plastic support so the pizza don't get ruined, mine was not. Muchas gracias and keep up the good work

Ordered on Uber Eats, and it never arrived. It was marked as being delivered very quickly, and then there was no communication at all. Uber Eats said that they would contact us, but we heard nothing from them. We called well after the intended delivery time and were put on hold for over 15 minutes until we gave up. Called again and received no answer. Just unprofessional and disappointing. Never got our pizza.
