UPDATE.... My previous post was some time ago, I guess I forgot I had even ordered from here, The other day I ordered pizza and it was great, I reorder tonight and it was disgusting, I've never seen a pizza do greasy the box was even soaked. Pizza wasn't cut correctly, couldn't even pull a slice without it falling apart, i don't believe it was cooked properly. Something was wrong with the dough. Placed an order at 9:45pm the tracker showed driver on their way it said they would be pulling up in 2 minutes but the vehicle made other stops and then returned to the store, the vehicle then left again and finally arrived at 10:45pm and everything was cold, my sandwich was made incorrectly and the pasta looked disgusting, very small portion and extremely dry.

Food was dropped at the door without a call or text. Did not knock or knocked very lightly. When I checked outside my pizza was cold from sitting there for over 20 minutes and the drink was missing from the order. They don’t answer the phone at night. The next day I was able to get through and get a refund issued for the coke not sure it will happen as she hung up after saying it will take 7-10 days without asking for any of my info or even a good bye.Horrible service.

Everything was great until I went to do my weekly budget and seen they added on a tip themselves. I don't mind tipping for dine in, delivery, etc but we didn't even do carside pickup. It isn't worth spending my time to get a refund but I will not be ordering from here again. Watch your bank accounts to make sure they don't rob you either.

I have to say… Domino’s is usually like third or fourth on my list when I think about ordering pizza, however, the Spinach & Alfredo pizza there is so delicious!!! Shoutout to Matt on the Ramona Blvd.W. location. He was super friendly, quick, & pizza was soooo good. I love experiencing new restaurants BUT what I love even more is revisiting places with great customer service, so this will absolutely be on top of my list :)

Their system is telling them to make pizzas that doesn't match the order placed on the app. The workers are nice, but their ordering system within the store has to be fixed immediately.
