I'm actually writing this review as an update to a 2 star review I gave on Feb 16th because of missing toppings on my pizza and poor service from the staff inside the store. The GM got in touch with me via email, like I requested, and he was apologetic and made it good with a free replacement 4 days later and they even delivered it to me free of charge because I didn't have transportation to pick it up this time. The customer service email was very user friendly and helpful, as well. I'm glad because I am addicted to the NY style crust

The WORST experience I have EVER imagined! It's like the Twilight zone. 4 hours ago I ordered a pizza I never got. I had to call 3 other dominoes to get one very wonderful manager to answer and call this manager to answer the phone. I actually had to insist that "Tony" not yell across the restaurant to an employee and was told " do you want your food made.. we are busy and the app is down and you will receive it whenever and I don't have a delivery time" I will do every I can to make sure this manager is held accountable. I also have emails and screen shots of confirmation of delivery and bank statement being sent to corporate.

Pizza pictures are not what was ordered. Staff was polite and welcoming. First Pizzas were not hot. Since I took one of the two back, the correct pizza was made while I waited so it was nice and hot. So the take away from this post: if you don't mind returning with what you thought was your meal and waiting for the new one to get made, then choose this location 🤷🏾‍♀️

0 stars deserved hubby just received our order. Took almost 2 hours to get it and when it got here it was old cold and stale. Called up there they put us on hold then hung up we called back they refused to answer. I'll be contacting corporate Update:The next day my husband called and was able to reach someone. They replaced the order and when it arrived after 3 hours of waiting it was worse than the original order. Oh well we just won't be eating there anymore

Normally this Domino's is great. But tonight on new years eve they were awful. I understand it's a holiday and it's a longer wait time on delivery's. I called them at 6:07 pm. And on my receipt it says it was ready at 6:45 pm . I didn't get my pizza until 8:40 pm. I called and called and called to check on my order and one employee told me she was going out the door with my order at 8:00. I called again at 8:30 because she hadn't showed up yet and the guy said he was trying to get ahold of her but couldn't then he said she's on her way with my order. My pizza was cold and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hrs. I'm disappointed in Domino's on San juan.
