I’ve recently ordered a pizza and lava cakes the pizza was okay but my lava cakes looks like they were picked out of the trash. So I called them and they gave me a credit for the amount of the cakes a menu value to use on my next order so I ordered like they told me to at 5:53pm and at 7pm I still had not received it again I call and the man tells me to reorder and he would take 10$ off my order so here it is almost 8pm and I call again and tell him that I’ve just reordered my pizza and cakes so he can apply the discount I never got. When the young man shows up almost at 9:30pm they tried to charge me 28$ for an order that was only 17.53$ at 5:55pm I will try to find a different place that can actually deliver around the corner in a timely manner and not trying to steal the little bit of money that I have

Waited 45 minutes for food from the warmers. It got cold in 5 minutes. My pizza was mediocre. Air filled stuffed crust. It was no better than public school pizza. My mothers food was terrible. Philly steak was bland with too much red sauce. She called and spoke with the manager. The manager promised to rectify the situation with a fresh pizza. A hour passed no word. Mom called back and sat on hold for a rude teenager to just hang up on her. Obviously there is no leadership at the restaurant. She never got the return pizza. I would've given negative stars. Times are to hard to throw money away. Never eat here they don't give a crap about the customer only about leaving on time. Any pizza joint is better than they are. Little Ceasars, papa John's here we come. This place sucks. DON'T EAT HERE

I placed and ordered on 5/17/26 for wings, pizza and a 2 liter sprite. When the delivery driver arrived she told me that they do not have any sprite and she said that she wrote a $5 credit for me on my next purchase. I told her that I do not order pizza like that so that credit is no good for me. Can you just give me my money back for the drink? She said they do not do that. So I called the store and the guy stated the same thing granite. I called the store before she even made it to my house to make the delivery because I was wondering why I was taking so long and he never told me they do not have any sprite. That’s very bad Customer Service

Ordered two pizzas for $36.00 dollars. My pizza obviously came out of the warmers. It was ok but nothing really good. My mothers pizza was bland and had too much red sauce. So she called and talked to the manager who sounded nice. The manager said she would send out another pizza. After 45 minutes waiting she called. Whoever answered the phone was rude. He left mom on hold for a hour then hung up. That is very poor service for a manager to not take care of the customer. We've eaten here since it opened. I would never recommend this place. They don't care about handing out bad food. Times are too hard to waste money on food that is supposed to be good. Stay away because you never know what crew you get. We got the teenagers who don't care. My mother is 68 on disability. She has a small window when she gets hungry. To say this is a letdown is quite understated. No call back, no nothing. The driver was nice. The rest was terrible Don't eat here, even the mangers don't want to help. Downright pitiful

Do not order or go to this new location poor service and food quality. I went back to the store with pizza and receipt to voice my complaint and the General manager Isaac Shaw just shrugged his shoulders!!! Once I noticed that he wasn’t even listening to me after I repeated myself.I just informed him that I would make my complaint with corporate and he said he didn’t care! I normally go to a different location, but this was a new one and it was closer to my home so I thought I would give them a try, but they will never get my service at this location ever again! The pizza had a funny smell to it and tasted nasty and the manager asked me twice what was wrong with it and I told him again that the pizza had a funny smell to it and tastes nasty. He did not try to accommodate me in any type of way. I did not receive the Domino’s Guarantee!
