The internet and devices can be fickle at time. I was trying to order a pizza with my free points and whenever I was checking out it didn't credit my account or deduct the point. I came in and spoke with the guys at the register and they comped out the meal and I still get to keep my point for another free pie in the future. Super cool dudes here.. awfully nice and I wasn't expecting that, I asked if they were able to deduct my point manually and they said it's ok and no charge. From one business to another that's just outstanding customer service. Thanks again for the free pie. I totally understand technology can have its hiccups at times.

TK provided excellent service with my Domino’s delivery! He was very personable, friendly, and professional. Our pizza arrived even quicker than anticipated, and he was incredibly patient while it took me a few extra minutes to get to the door. Great customer service and a wonderful delivery experience. Well it has been a while since we ordered and I have to say tonight's order was Kick-Ass awesome. Everything was cooked as requested and piping hot even for delivery. Delivery driver Michael was wonderful, pleasant, happy, and smiled. I called the store and spoke with manager Matthew to let him know.

Managers are rude. Certain managers do certain things instead of everyone being on the same page across the board. I called to get an order fixed that I ordered from DoorDash before it get delivered and they wouldn’t do it but the time before when I ordered a pizza wrong they sent a brand new one after it got sent. That makes no sense? I called before it even said it was ready. TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT RECOMMEND

the experience was okay, Pizza was decent and arrived warm, but the toppings felt a little uneven and the crust was slightly overcooked. Staff was polite and the order was ready on time, just not one of the better visits I’ve had. Still a convenient option for a quick meal.
