I ordered a pizza with a steak cheese sandwich, and after an hour of waiting I never received my order which I paid for. I received a cold pizza which instantly went into the trash upon tasting, and a couple of cold bread pieces which I am assuming are Parmesan bites even though I didn’t order it. I reached out the store and I was kept on hold for 10 mins before even speaking to someone and once I did I was informed that I couldn’t even receive the right order even though I had already paid and it was clear that the driver had made an error by delivering my food to someone else! He placed me on hold again and eventually just said that they’ll give me a refund in 24-48 hours and hung up the phone as If I inconvenienced him by the mistake his employees and store created originally. This definitely ruined my night especially since I have a young daughter who was unable to eat in a timely fashion due to this negligent customer service which was the entire reason I bought the pizza! This stores quality has really diminished over the years and now I’m starting to understand why there are so many negative comments from the community regarding this Domino’s store in particular! Especially in regards to its reputation for poor customer service, bad quality of food being distributed, and extremely unprofessional employees.

I placed an order online for a class party and have a confirmation email. The pizza never came, no one ever answered the phone (I waited on hold for 20 minutes, twice), the website was down, no one at Domino's central would help me, and the party was ruined.

Extremely disappointed with my recent Domino’s experience. I paid for a delivery to my door, but the driver refused to complete the delivery simply because she had more orders on her route. Instead of receiving the service I paid for, I was expected to accommodate the driver’s schedule.

I’m so disappointed in this team for how they treated me tonight. Like wow? They literally acknowledged me a kind regular and basically blamed me for a pizza so greasy the oil is dripping from the box. Thanks for nothing! Seriously, I never ever give you guys grief but I decide to call in for once about an order. I had the worst day ever and to top it off I get the worst pizza I’ve ever had from you guys.

Ive been ordering here for years this store has been going downhill for years. This store is completely unprofessional my order was made incorrectly by one of the store associate and was completely rude and unprofessional when ask for a refund. Be careful ordering from this place not sure what youre going to receive one day order isn't made properly another rude drivers.
