Parmesan Bread bites are amazing when your delivery driver doesn’t eat them, highly recommend (just maybe not from this location). I ordered a pizza through the app on May 1st around 11pm. It’s May 5th and I’m pretty sure the delivery guy ate my order. I’ve been trying to contact the place for a refund every day since, they tell me to call back every time after 6pm for the mythical manager who’s only in at 6pm but apparently also busy all the time from 6pm till closing. Couple times they also told me they’d “refund me soon” without even asking what the order was or who the order was for lol.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a pizza and cheesy bread at 10:09. Tracker said the order was delivered at 10:19. I called the store at 10:36 to ask where it was since it said delivered (I was paying cash so nothing had been paid for) and the person that answered the phone told me the driver had to come back bc the cheese bread wasn’t ready so apparently it wasn’t even with the pizza upon delivery. He told me 10 minutes. I waited 40 minutes in the lobby of the hotel bc I had been down there since 10:15. The rude delivery driver calls me as soon as I got back up to my room and tells me to come get my food. I refused bc I wasn’t about to pay for a cold pizza that had been brought once while he had to go back and get the rest of my order. Don’t order from this location! Their service is horrible.

I like Dominoes but today ordering from this location. I could’ve did much better by going in and picking up the order. I will definitely do that next time at another location. My Delivery took 45 minutes to get here and I’m not that far away from the location. Of course my food was cold when it got here I had to warm it up. I ordered the ultimate pepperoni pizza and the eight piece honey barbecue wings. Food was good. I don’t think I’ll be placing an order from this location ever again very dissatisfied.

Ordered Dominos a little after 11pm. Didn’t receive my food until almost 1am. Not even warm anymore and the box of parm bites was completely soaked through with oil. I wouldn’t have ordered if the estimated wait time was so long but when I ordered it said I wouldn’t get the food no later than 12:10. The food left the store less than 15min after I ordered and was in the car out for delivery for well over an hour.

The worst dominos I've ever experienced, by far. Firstly, can never make an order on their app because there is always technical difficulties, no matter using four different browsers and multiple different cards. So order on ubereats. First time the delivery came FIFTY SEVEN MINUTES after it was scheduled to arrive. I watched the driver leave the store with my (and many other) orders and go in the complete opposite direction from my place. Wouldn't it be common sense to go that way, then pick mine up since he had to come right past the store again on his way back. Absolutely putrid. Second time. There's no tracker whatsoever. Apart from saying it was due to be delivered at 1:40pm. It's now 2:07pm with no delivery and god knows where the driver is. The most incompetent store I've ever seen, will never order from here again. Absolute garbage. And they have the audacity to demand excessive tips.
