This location is terrible! 1) The domino's was located within a 5 minute drive from our hotel but the tracker showed the delivery person left the store at 10:48pm, sat outside of another location for about 30 minutes and then started coming our way. It took 45 minutes from the time he left the store to arriving to drop off to us. 2) The pizza was cold by the time we got it and it wasn't prepared correctly. It was not NY style, no extra cheese like what we paid for and was not baked well done. We got charged extra for cold pizza that wasn't even made right. Domino's sent a text for some discounted pizza that we have to spend in a week...still no word from the store itself. Won't ever order from this location again and likely not Domino's. Only giving it 2 stars because at least we finally got something. Skip this spot in place of one of the many good pizza places in DC Update: I received an email from Domino's offering us a free medium pizza since "the delivery didn't go as they'd hoped" but the stipulation is that it has to be used at the same location, which we live nowhere near because we were downtown for a staycation when we ordered from this terrible location. What a joke, I wish I could give them negative stars

We've ordered pizza twice from here. Both times the pizza was good. We got carry out and didn't have any issues.

Customer service at its absolute worst — with one important exception at a different location. I placed an online order around 6:45 PM on a Saturday evening for an Extravaganzza pizza (pepperoni, ham, Italian sausage, beef, fresh onions, green peppers, mushrooms, black olives, layered with provolone and mozzarella) along with a garden salad; the total was $27.48. Less than five minutes later, I realized I had accidentally submitted the order to the L Street NW location instead of the First Street NE store. Compliments of MOM, my previous order at the L Street NW location was approximately $500 for 50 piazzas (pepperoni, cheese, veggie) for an impromptu pizza party for elementary students at a nearby school to celebrate perfect attendance. That experience wasn’t the best: the crew did not manage to expectations (pizzas were not ready despite advance payment and notice). Once at the First Street NE location, I immediately called the L Street store to cancel the order and request a credit. What followed was beyond frustrating. I waited more than 10 minutes with no real assistance. Multiple times, someone would pick up the phone and then there was only silence; no greeting, no help, no professionalism or the call would disconnect. It felt like the store was intentionally avoiding customers. Mistakes happen, and I took responsibility for placing the order at the wrong location. But being completely ignored when trying to cancel almost immediately is unacceptable. Basic customer service should not be this difficult. Conversely, my experience was the complete opposite at the First Street NE location. An employee named Ariful listened with empathy, handled the situation professionally, took the same order, and even offered a 20% discount. That level of customer care made all the difference and deserves recognition. The contrast between these two locations is shocking. I will never order from the L Street NW store again. What’s the reason to offer a contact number if the store has no intention of responding professionally to customers?

First pizza store where they r not offering chilli flakes just to save a few bucks, worst service, and the guy at the counter says that dominos have stopped providing chilli flakes. The food is not great as other domino stores. The pictures r taken around 11am and this is the condition of the flour

Sometimes it shows up on time. Other times they take over an hour, even if you live nearby. You never know what you're going to get from this place. This thing was so cold it'd pretty much formed one giant piece. There also doesn't appear to be sauce on this. I live 4 blocks away and tipped $10. So know that your tips are irrelevant. You're gonna get what you get.
