The pizza wasn't cut. It was soft, wet, and soggy, even though I asked for it well-done. It was drowned in green chilies and their water, with only about one piece of the other toppings I asked for. They also smashed the sauce cups down into the pizza. This was literally the single worst food I've ever had the misfortune of paying for. It was falling apart, soaking wet, and not even really what I ordered. This single Papa John's has ensured that I will never order from any Papa John's anywhere ever again. Send these people back to the potato fields. They aren't fit to do even the most menial tasks. Maybe they could dig around for spuds and throw them in a bag correctly.

There’s a woman delivery driver who might just be the nicest person on all of Earth. She’s got a smile as bright as the Sun and her car has totally rad star stickers on it… prolly because she’s a super star! Not only that, but she’s extra attentive to ensuring the orders are right and piping hot and keeps the drinks separate. Thank you Super Star Delivery Driver! You always bring a smile to my face!

The reason I’m leaving this review is to shoutout an awesome employee. In a world where customer service is dead, this employee shines. The girl with the glasses and brown hair pulled back into a pony tail is always helpful, friendly, fast, and so on top of it. I’ve ordered from here a couple times recently and she already knew me when I came in. Girl deserves a raise and kudos and I will continue to come here solely based on interactions like that. I can order pizza from anywhere and we live right next to the other 4 main chains but I continue to support this store because of employees like her. Shoutout pony tail/glasses girl! P.S. she’s always quick to reassure you that your sauces are in the box!

I ordered two pizzas. One pepperoni and one pepperoni and sausage. I was charged extra for the pepperoni and sausage. If I pay extra that means I get extra. Not less of one.

Dude I assume to be a manager of the store in a red shirt seemed really pissed at me when I didn't give a name for order. My wife ordered and didn't give a name but he's not the person who took our order, it was the employee who was making my order, really rude when I couldn't give a name where no name was placed, which was on my wife but no need to get angry at me when I'm trying to explain peacefully what happened, condos on the employee tho for explaining and telling me my order was almost up
