This has been the WORST experience I’ve ever had not only with Domino’s but any food establishment. I placed and order, and after about an hour I got an email saying that they were sorry my delivery was not what they hoped so they were giving me a discount for a future order. I was confused by this since I was still waiting for my order to be delivered. I called the store and the recoding said that the order associated with my number was delivered, and while the girl on the phone was nice-ish she had no answers for me, she kept on saying she didn’t know where my order was but that it was still in transit. I asked if it was showing delivered on their end, and she said no and that she could see it was already assigned to a driver but had no estimate as to when I would get it. She transferred me to an assistant manager who was very rude, and his answer was first “I don’t know” and then he said 15-25 minutes (at this point it had already been over an hour). I waited 30 minutes before I called again, and was on hold for 15 minutes, when I got a second call from the store saying that they had just gotten a call from a different hotel saying they had a pizza delivery there an hour ago but they didn’t have a guest under that name. The girl offered a refund OR to do a remake, since my kids are starving I asked for a remake, but she said it was going to take closer to another 2 hours since they were extremely busy. Very long story short, when asking for a refund and asking for that in an email since at this point I didn’t trust them to do it, the manager laughed at me, because I was emotional and proceeded to hang up on me. The absolute WORST!

I order pizza from this domino’s very regularly. Tonight was the first night my order was very wrong. I talked to Lilly. She says she is a manger but man how disappointing she is as a manager. I spent $72 and if it’s not right I want it right. She was so short and rude then put the phone down where I could hear her taking orders and left me there. I call back and she is getting progressively angry because I want assurances my pizza will be made the way I want. Customer service has become a thing of the past. People are so short and rude. This is your job why treat others bad because you work at domino’s and are clearly unhappy. I’m never using this place again.

Our original eta was 650pm then it jumped to 740pm when we received the pizza it looked over cooked and tossed around the box when call to have order fixed got another 40 minute eta

Pizza wad good. Hot and prepared as ordered; however, the staff in store was not attentive to the counter when customers arrived and the young staff can use more training on meet and greet, attention order status, and awareness of the store when the music is on blast and 8 people are standing around 2 pizzas being made. Frustrating

I have to give them five stars my order was pretty fast done in about 15 minutes everything was done right... And most of all my pizza was cooked perfectly what you have to say sometimes it's not but my last order there was great
