I’ve lived here a year and I’ve just now come!! 😮‍💨 But this location is CLEAN!! A tad hidden, until you see a delivery driver pulling into the plaza haha. The food is clearly prepared with care, everyone there deserves a raise IMMEDIATELY!!

I ordered a two topping handmade pan pizza with pepperoni bacon and light red sauce. When I got the pizza it literally had no red sauce at all! It was cheese bread and toppings! So I called sent a picture and had it remade, they remade it my girlfriend picked it up but when she made it to me, it was made the EXACT same way! All I tasted was cheese bread and toppings, I called back again and told whomever the female cashier answering the phone about my problem and she informed me that she made the pizza herself and I requested light sauce and she measured it out to 1.5 oz and blah blah blah! That’s not the point! If I order a pizza and complain about not being able to taste the sauce just bread cheese and toppings that means PUT SAUCE ON THE PIZZA! I’m clearly traumatized and have had a pizza where it’s drowned in red sauce so I’m trying to avoid that situation by saying light! I don’t know how many ounces of red sauce comes with each option!! Horrible customer service! Will not be going here ever again!

Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with extra buffalo sauce on a Sunday night. When we sat down to eat, one slice was taken before we realized there was no buffalo sauce on the pizza whatsoever. It completely ruined the flavor without the buffalo sauce (way too creamy) so no one else took a slice. I called back the next morning to inform them, and was greeted with a “manager” who said the best she could do was offer a $5 credit. I said the pizza was not eaten, was made incorrectly, why would they only refund a third of the price I paid? I even still have the pizza to prove it was made incorrectly, why would I get any less than a refund? This “manager” then said it’s their policy not to refund, and that they could only provide a store credit. I asked how it made sense that they would hold onto my money after they incorrectly made a pizza, and she said that’s their policy. I said I know how POS systems work and I know they can refund my money to which she replied she would be ending the call for foul language? WHAT?!? I hadn’t used any foul language and was just trying to get a refund for the pizza they made incorrectly. I asked for the supervisors name so I could call back and speak with him, to which she refused to answer? I asked her what her name was so I could reference this call going forward, which she refused that as well. In her words, she was “not going to give me that information”. How is anyone supposed to take accountability!?! Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Now I’m forced to work with their corporate to resolve this.

The worst Domino’s pizza I’ve gotten is from this branch I ordered it with green peppers. Take a look at what they made. It looks like the green peppers went through a food processor. Also, is there a green pepper shortage? Whoever made this should be retrained or fired. It’s an insult to serve this to anyone This pizza also had hardly any sauce on it and it was undercooked The service was lame Some arrogant manager on-duty (no greeting from him) told a subordinate to process the order This clerk didn’t even know how. Even after it was clear that I paid, he seemed lost in space He should have handed me the pizza right away but instead kept fumbling around, at the point of sale system This order was part of a Nationwide Promo. It’s disgraceful to make a pizza this badly. It doesn’t look anything like their ads online Compare the pics, it’s a scam This branch decided to be stingy and maintain incompetent staff so consequently, they lost a customer

Most of the time when I order a bread item it comes raw I even had this happen with some pizza. I'd rather they take the time to finish cooking instead of rushing the delivery.
