Without question one of the most incompetent businesses I’ve ever dealt with. It took over 25 minutes to place a simple order over the phone. The employee seemed completely unprepared and unable to handle what should have been a routine transaction. After wasting a huge amount of my time, they processed my payment and confirmed the order as if everything was set. Then, just 10 minutes later, they called back to tell me they couldn’t deliver to my address. Apparently nobody thought to verify whether they could actually fulfill the order before taking my money. Instead, they strung me along, wasted over half an hour of my day, charged my card, and then admitted they couldn’t provide the service they had just sold me. The level of disorganization is honestly shocking. If a company can’t figure out where it delivers before accepting payment, it has no business taking orders in the first place. This experience felt like dealing with people who have absolutely no respect for their customers’ time. Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting 35+ minutes of your life only to end up right back where you started with no food, no service, and a headache.

Service is usually awesome, delivery is really awesome but honestly I'm getting tired of paying 50$ for pizza i have to cut. It's probably the easiest part of your job, if you guys need pizza cutters I would be happy to donate some. It's honestly getting exhausting. update: 16 times now that I have recieved uncut pizza, that iv been keeping track of let's see how many uncut pizzas they can have in a year?!

Apparently they don't accept all American currency. Last time I went in with a 100 bill. They said we don't accept those. Cool, throw that food out because I'm not going to another store to break your money! Tonight I ordered $49 of food. I went in with a $50. We can't accept that again! Cool, throw it out again. So, I'll keep ordering and going on with what's in my pocket. Throw it away again if you won't take my money next time. THIS IS AMERICA WHERE YOU ACCEPT ALL AMERICAN CURRENCY! DO BETTER DOMINO'S! BTW, my 9yr old wanted to buy us dinner because he ran a mini excavator over the weekend and made and money. He was treating me! SHAME ON YALL BUT HE LEARNED WHAT PRINCIPLES ARE.

Usually does not bother me but it has happened a few times before where I contributed to my error or busy time for the workers. Just influences future ordering to pickup only and a visual inspection of when I do order.

My siblings and I ordered a late night snack from Domino’s tonight after a really emotional time for our family. We ordered a cheesy stuffed bread and a two topping pizza. When we went in to pick up the order, the only person working seemed angry and was not kind to us. When we got home and opened our boxes, our orders were both completely wrong and not even cooked. The stuffed cheesy bread ending up being a pepperoni cheesy bread, but the dough was still uncooked on the inside. The pizza we ordered was supposed to be a two topping alfredo sauce pizza, pepperoni on all and sausage on one side. This one ended up being a ranch/buffalo sauce (?) with sausage and chicken and bacon on top. In the end, we were super sad and wished our emotional comfort food could have been what we paid for. :( Don’t order from this location!! I highly recommend the Prominent Pt location much more.
