I recently placed an order for a pasta dish from your website, which indicated it would serve up to two people. I intended to share it with my husband. However, when I got home, I noticed the container was not filled to the top. Upon opening it and slightly moving one piece of pasta to the side, the bottom of the bowl was clearly visible—it was nearly empty. As a result, I ended up eating the pasta myself while my husband had to eat something else. I submitted a complaint, and the store kindly reached out to apologize and offered a complimentary replacement, encouraging me to give them another chance. Unfortunately, when I returned and ordered another pasta, the portion I received was even smaller than before. The attached photos were taken before any of the pasta was eaten; I only moved one piece to show the lack of content. The employees are very nice and have great service, its just the food. I am very disappointed with the overall experience and, regretfully, will not be ordering from this location again.

I did a last-minute walk-in order on a busy Thursday night at 6 o’clock. Wasn’t too big of a rush so Sat inside and just watched the crew work! All of them were so efficient, cleanly, & friendly. Pretty neat watching them all work at their different stations and so quickly! Seem to be a well oiled machine to me! In the 25 minutes I sat there, I probably watched 60 pizzas go out the door! Wowza.

Ordered two pizzas for pickup. Walked in and they were finishing the order. I watched a pizza come out of the oven that the staff commented on “I don’t know what happened” because half of it had no toppings. The staff sliced it, boxed it, and set it aside. The person helping me said mine was still baking. A few minutes later I was handed my order and I went home. Well, the messed up pizza was mine. Half with absolutely no cheese or toppings and the other pizza had hardly any cheese on it with big gaps everywhere. (Pictures included) We called and explained the quality and the staff seemed skeptical so we returned and brought the pizzas to which they commented they needed to do better on quality control. They remade the pizzas and those were fine, but the entire experience was a waste of time and pretty frustrating considering the staff saw the problem and boxed it anyway. It was very late before we were able to eat because of the back and forth. I wouldn’t order again.

They accidentally delivered the wrong order to me and then when I called the store, they went above and beyond to make it up to me and my family. Their customer service is on point, the food was excellent and the garlic Parm bites were the best and not super dry like they are at other Domino's. Will definitely be ordering from there again!

Visited Colorado Spring and got wonderful experience by top level customer service by young salesperson who was doing alone everything and upon my special request to use clean knife, he used the brand new knife specially for us. I will give him more than 5 stars just as a nice person at this fast paced work place. As usual we just ordered thin crust pizza with toppings onions, bell peppers and jalapeños and we enjoyed fully. If you are visiting this area please do visit this location.
