Ordered 2 large pizzas and a side of garlic knots for delivery for a party back in March. Food showed up 1.5 hours later. The pizza was in a generic pizza box, but the garlic knots were in a Domino’s box. The delivery driver was also wearing a Domino’s uniform and confirmed the order phone number. The pizzas were small when we ordered larges and missing multiple toppings. I called this Domino’s location and got hung up on 3 times. The automated voice confirmed that my phone number was associated with a recent order so I think that’s why they kept hanging up. When we called from a different phone number, they picked up immediately. We told them there was an issue with our order and before we could explain, they said that they were out of toppings and wouldn’t charge us for the order. When we asked to give them our order number, they hung up the call again. About 2 weeks later, our credit card was still charged for the order. I contacted customer service about 3 times and never heard back. As a regular customer at this specific location, this was a really disappointing experience. Won’t be returning again.

Went to pick up a pizza. Very unprofessional customer service. Basically none. They just look at you and make you do the talking. These men working in the kitchen all have very long beards. Working in the food industry. All hair must be covered with hair nets. Never allowing my fiancé order here again. They should be shut down immediately. Careless people have no proper food service experience at all.

REVIEW PREVIEW I am an extremely picky person and probably the most the picky person you’ll ever meet. So 4 or 5 out of 5 or anything 7.5 or higher out of 10 is really an achievement for that restaurant. In that case, here is my review. I would give this restaurant a 2.5/10 The order was made correctly, however, all the pizzas were ordered as the same size and type, but mine was super thick and slightly smaller. There was too much sauce, and barely any pepperoni. The crust was not crunchy at all, and was soft. The crust also had lots of bread bubbles. The taste was too much, very bad and bland, even with the extra sauce taken off. The only reason this is even a 1 star is because of the dirt cheap dirt. :)

Took 30 min to get here after being made when the place is 10 minutes away from my house, pizza got here smashed and box damn near folded in half, don’t tip online, wait till it gets to the door to make sure u don’t waste ur money

1/26/2022 @ 6:30pm. Super busy. When I came in they said 5 minutes that was 20 minutes ago. I know it was going to take longer because they had not started. They made all the other orders that were ahead of me so I had to wait additional 20 minutes. Took them over 45 minutes to have 2 medium pizza ready. They forgot to add garlic butter around edge of pizza. Counted 4 pieces of ham. Too busy to answer phone. Manager came in to work the pizza dough but did not wash hands after he brought dough tray from back. Picking up chicken that landed on cardboard with fingers. Looks like they are short staff today. One of the busiest location. 10/2021 Ham and pineapple, medium. Fast and convenient
